Love how you're explaining everything. Sandy beaches and blue water was beautiful...who would think it's Alaska? I must admit the face Sherri made when touching the mossy tree was hilarious. Juneau is beautiful. Check out Jensen-Olson Arboretum on your next visit. Your able to see it from the Shrine. We find that it’s as tranquil as the Shrine.
Thank you for sharing the shrine again, it looks so beautiful. St. Therese's nickname is "The Little Flower" and I believe that the shrine puts emphasis on the flowers there for this reason. It is said that if you pray a novena in honor of St. Therese that you can smell roses when you finish the prayers. Hence her name. 😊
At first, I thought the thumbnail with the forest and the rain gear, said 'Exploring the Jungle' 🤣 It wasn't until I visited Alaska on a cruise that I realized Juneau and surrounding areas are in a rainforest. Also, wondering how Sherri is liking her new backpack now that she's had a chance to use it? I liked the look of it in your packing video and am considering getting one for myself (but for everyday use, and not just for travel)

Adam you have it right. Monkeys eat from the end of banana. I switched a few yrs ago. Less likely to break banana that way. Live that cabin.
