and back again,"heh Tom, play us another, will ya! my first love is j tull, my nickname at school was "Tully " my first record was" going up the pool" second was" horse with no name", America. so ,.. .. keep em' coming, from a royal navy veteran in Suffolk England xx
That really is an absolutely incredible job on this song. That takes some real talent to get all those chords spot-on like that. I can really see now how complex the chord progression is in this song, and to hit each and every note is quite remarkable. I know the song well and to master the lyrics as well is unbelievable. Ian Anderson was quite the amazing songwriter and musician, and to do this song in tribute to his legacy is really a celebration to who he was. Thank you! That had to take some work to get that figured out. I don't think too many people could do that.
LOL.....Holy Crap!!! I just realized you said "Lorry", which makes perhaps a lot more sense than what for 35 years I thought Ian was saying which was; "a Volare", like Plymouth Volare, which I guess would also definitely be fitting of weirdness....HAHA!
Great job Jethro Tull one of my favorites ✌️
