I just ordered a pair of these. The toes on my work boots take a beating, hopefully this guard lasts. I also like the idea of the zipper for getting ready quickly on those early mornings.
You should make a video listing like 10 or more common boot brands. Because I’m wanting to get a new pair of boots but don’t know of to many brands. I would really appreciate it
I wear these as a leisure walking shoe in the city, most comfortable boots I've ever owned, I'll take these over Doc Martens, Timberlands, Redwings any day.
Impressive Company, Australian. This model (based on my observation of their website) is the "Parkes Zip Scuff Toe." Thank you for the review. Looks like a worthy competitor.
I had a pair of steel blues back in the day just before production was shifted from Australia to China. They were great, comfortable boots, but we're unresoleable. Terrible shame.
The zipper pin breaks within 3 months, so the zipper will constantly open. Also the little velcro tab stitching falls apart. This happen twice to me, so save your $168.
@@stevenash2213 I emailed them and they sent out another pair. It did the exact same thing within a few months. So I'm never buying Steel Blue ever again.
I like these more than my dress boots. As I get older I find the wider space where I can wiggle my toes a luxury. Fantastic for working outdoors and walking but I would not go running with them or walk long distances. Driving is ok but be aware they are bulky. Still I love them for the ankle support. Best boot I ever had. Argyle 152 is my choice. Got two pairs so far.

I also had a pair, and I wear them last two years. They are durable, comfortable and not so heawy. Good work boots!
I like the 1/2 transition, adds a lot of info without losing the shot of what you are discussing. Bet that took an afternoon to create

i use steel blues for work, they are a great boot!
I wear Steel Blue Argyles. Comfortable and durable. The best!
Do you think mink oil would seal the zipper from water?
