glass is durable and easy cleanable, but expensive, heavy and glossy/reflective and they make "double lines" if looking from an angle so I don't prefer them

chalkboards are way better than the glassboards and whiteboards. Even the best university of the world has got chalkboards(sliding) not whiteboards because they give you a traditional feel. I think that you have not seen the obsession of mathematicians towards chalkboards.
