Great tutorials. I’m a noob at, not just SOS but any game like this and I find there isn’t a place to read directions. But I’m finding your tutorials very helpful. I’m in an Alliance that has mostly noobs and we’re learning from trial and error. One guy googles as much as he can and relays it to the group. I see one issue we have is we only have about 5 regulars for the trap and we really need more. My Alliance is in state 623, we’re [Bof] Bearer of Fate, I’m MOAT and we’re looking for regular players. Wasn't mentioned but your own rally is only once per 5 minutes + march and return time. Meanwile during this 6 minutes it's easy to join ans do 2-3 rallies with same march. So your strongest marches constantly joins soon to finish rallies. The rally created by you can be weak, its only for others to fill up when its close to departing. To have room for weaker players and troops everyone should create rallies. Rallies not joined expire, so weaker players and weaker troops should always fill in those. All damage caused gives points. Damage against beaten boss still gives point. Your trops don't get casaulties, no injuries. This is why for this event unprotected damage dealers should attack as much as possible. Trick is to not take away the chance to cause high damage from someone using weak secondary troops. Strong players close to trap marches should be only for the best troops. This short event gives many hero gear parts, well worth attending to it.

Is it better to enter just 2 rallies with the right formation and don't go in any other rallies, OR enter the same 2 and send the rest of the troops to other rallies (lower tier troops and infantry)? How do you determine which level to open? I am currently in a newer state and we can defeat Lv. 21. But not sure if we are getting the maximum amount of Hero Gear Parts and Designs. Any tip would be great, thanks!
hi what we ussualy do is we open lvl 1 trap cause you will beat it straight then just do a damage by joining the rallies and at the end you will collect more gear parts and designs
Thanks for the information. Going to try this out on our next trap. I do have a question though. I only have T8 unlocked currently and can't fill my march with only T8 troops. If using Eva, is it better to use T8, T7 and even T6 riders and hunters VS using T8 infantry?
I appreciate the video, as a lower in strength member it's hard to follow though. I only have about 200k troops and 90k per March I'm having a hard time setting up these formations with this combination.

Masaki Andoh, the 6 march during trap it's not a bug.
Usually,without VIP everyone have 5 march,but during trap the game give you one extra.

Make sure your top 2 rallies are of the right formations and then just use the rest with whatever troops you have.

I mean because the settlement doesn't have a limit to how many troops you can keep so I'm not sure why its beneficial =) thanks
@@kstonurai9350 He marches them so he is not saving the same troops in a formation. If you do you may not get the troops you saved to the formation.
Not taking up space was a bit misleading - i think he meant that they would not be selectable.

Updated trap guide coming. I think Lvl 4 is pretty good I have seen people do lvl 2 as well

is it really works? did the rewards more than failed high lvl trap?
@@MsQyep it depends on how strong your chief gear and hero gear to do damage for half an hour, but yu will get more parts and designs for sure

Keep building those troops it will come in time. For trap just send what you can. Good luck!
Remember what matters is the ratio not the amount. So you should be sending 5/10/85

Yeah trap is different now too. But if everyone in your alliance sends up a rally you should be good.
