Thank you for the recipes. And a huge thanks to Fir Hars & Leise for sponsoring Canuary this year. It’s been a great month of getting awesome canning recipes!
The most exciting part of canning for me is watching that big pot of yummy Ness go down because that shows me how much food I'm preserving and money I'm saving. 😊
We are blessed with a neighbor who always has WAY too many cukes, so we are the recipient of their excess. Free cucumbers!! We will sooooo be adding this to our canning this summer. Thanks so much!
Love this on hot dogs! Looks like I need to get busy...Thanks for the inspiration and also to Liesa and ForJars for ths sponsorship! I love this canning community.
Thank you for this recipe. Personally, I don't care for relish, but I know people who would like this. If I needed to, I would make it to give out as gifts.
Great creative and useful way to use up free cucumbers - especially when you are a consumer of relish on a regular basis! Always better homemade than store bought. Thanks for sharing!
I love dill, not a fan of sweet. I finally have something to do with all the cucumbers I get from the garden. This recipe sounds like I would be happy with the result. Thank you for sharing. I would hate to have to chop all those cucumbers, without my little chopper. Lol
Never seen pickle relish made but this was really cool. Thanks for your video and recipe and for participating in Canuary (January 2025) collaboration.
I canned sweet relish four decades ago using a Kerr recipe. I wrote by the recipe, “I will never buy relish again”. I’ve never made dill relish though but I’ll add it to my to do list. Thank you.
Thank you Leisa, For Jars and Keri for this video. I've not tried making relish yet so I appreciate this video. I have learned so much through Leisa and her wonderful friends. Thank you all.
Thank you for sharing your recipe. I'm looking forward to trying this out but with a much smaller quantity at first to make sure I like it. Thanks for being part of Canuary 2025!
Can't wait till I can get fresh cucumbers again to try this recipe. Thank you so much for your participation in Canuary 2025. And thank you for reminding us all to be safe around those large hot pots! 😊
I’m going to add this to my list of recipes to try. Never really thought about making my own since I don’t use a lot annually. It could be a nice addition to a gift basket. Thank you for participating in Canuary!

Thank you for your participation in Canuary 2025! I haven't made dill relish yet but I sure will this year. We also eat a fair amount of tuna and it will be so convinient to have the dill and onion ready to go. Thank you for the clear instructions and insights.
Carrie thank you for the pickle relish recipe, I have always had the sweet relish, but I will be trying this out myself. And Thank you "Forjars" for sponsoring the 2025 Canuary Collaboration.
That's a lot of relish! Some of the recipes I've looked at seem more complicated, but this one looks simpler. I liked being able to see the recipe in action. Thank you for participating.
Thank you so much for sharing your recipe. It looks very nice. I make homemade sweet pickle, dill, and tomato relish every year. It seems like my family goes more for the sweet pickle relish than the other. I'm physically disabled in a wheelchair and still try to can as much as I can. I can no longer do a garden ,but I have a very sweet Amish community close and 2 of the farms have legally become certified organic and I get 90% of my veggies from them. Once again thank you for sharing. May God's blessings always be with you.😊
Hello! I noticed today that I didn't have any relish. This year I'm hoping to grow cucumbers. This will be a nice addition to my binder. Thank you so much for the video and your participation!

It helps to actually watch someone make the recipe & have suggestions. Will be trying it.
