If you had to pick only 3 lifts to train in the gym (for armwrestling), what would they be? Also, I'm 2m tall and 130kg. Do you have any advice for how to stand at the table, how to get a powerful stance? I have a hard time feeling where I should have my feet, legs, etc. Thank you so much.
This is real good stuff Ray!! Keep on with this series, would love to see all the lesser known armwrestlers with their training regimen! Awesome stuff 👍👍
@@Lotus1001 my first one is from 2003 some small competition then in 2004 I pull Europe championship junior in Rumia in same category what Andrey Puskar and basically he smash me and another guy from Bugaria smash me maybe it was Georgi Tsvetkov 😄
The whole no triceps in press theory is stupid, every fibre in your arm is woken up during high intensity match and it's all interlocking/supporting. The more you train pressing the stronger your connective tissue will hold in press position and I can't see how you wouldn't be able to apply more pressure.
Because having a strong press doesn’t require having strong tricep push downs…. It’s more shoulder, chest, the whole forearms and bicep chain for staying locked. The strong tricep as you said is more for just connective tissue. Devon doesn’t have strong triceps at all (struggles benching 225 currently) and can slam his whole body down in a press if he needs too. I learned this too thinking that me having a strong bench would translate to a strong press on the table and it wasn’t the case at all.
@@Armbender1085 It doesn't make any sense to me, you're using your whole arm and you can't tell me there is no pressure in the tricep even if it's just locked in. These ideas are very narrow and I get what you're saying triceps is not the most important for a strong press as shoulder is but it''s not sitting there doing nothing. It's laughable to me.

Someone Kamils size repping out pullups is just beyond insane.
Considering the chemistry he probably use, it's very normal
In Poland they have crazy strenght genetics . I am not surprised. And Kamiil is natural…
I mean, Levan does reps with added weights.
@@yannickcolot2319 🤣🤣 dude, u must be newbie here. It's ok. Kamil is far from natural.
@@yannickcolot2319 How do you know?
Since 2020 I have been a Home Gym geek. Kamil's setup is legit!
Kamil strength with coach rays table IQ would be insane 😂
Coach Ray is going to grow up bigger than his brother Kamil. I can feel it in my bones.

Kamil will be even greater. I can see a potential here.
Never though I'd see a man this size do pullups with such ease

exactly, I have no idea where it came from. And side pressure is extensively supported by the strength and stability triceps gives to your elbow.

@@Armbender1085 When I press into the table like I'm arm wrestling then touch my triceps it's hard, so it's working. Doesn't magically turn off lol.
