They just came out with the Vulcan II with tactile switches for $150 (like a week ago I think?) But they might not be available yet. There's also the excellent Vulcan 121 AIMO which is right now on sale on their website for $79.99, about half the price of the Vulcan II. Those are the only two I can think of that have a tactile switch for typing.
