I bought this for my 4th season in Japan, can't wait for the snow to come!

They didn’t do a big enough run of this board! What I would do for a 159

Hey guys, curious as to how the Japow compares to the Korua Dart for those super tight "bashing the lip" type turns on goomers and banks?

Both are great boards. My 156 Dart feels like a little more board but more bash the lip style like you said. The Japow feels more down the line and more straight line friendly on groomers/banks. It's more slashy in pow but still less so than the Dart.

Hi I currently love my 3D fish for pow but how does this japow compare in pow? I know 3D fish is weak carving groomers and this board seem to be good with both.

You have a great board but if you want something different in pow the Japow would be the call. It has a faster base a true swallow and it runs longer than the fish. For example I ride a 156 3D Fish but I could ride either the 159 or 164 Japow depending on how deep it is and my mood. If you see more deep medium to low angle pow without super tight tree lines the Japow will be a nice addition.

Sorry for the slow response! Yeah the 164 will be great for bombing wide open terrain and great in deep untracked pow. The 159 would be better as a resort board for when it can get tracked up for you but sounds like the 164 will be best for Heli terrain. That being said, if you take me Heli boarding you can borrow my 159 though just so you know for sure ;-)

Weston Japow vs the Storm wolf? Seems like the Japow is better at carving?

Actually id give the nod to the storm wolf for carving and the nod to the japow for deep pow. The japow is alittle more turny, where the storm wolf is a little more down the line and powerful
