- I'm back uploading all my old favorite videos onto my new account! I'm very sad that my old account got deleted but I thought that everyone earned this special treat from me to start the 2013 year off with a bang! This was my most popular and favorite view by the YT viewers so I thought I would bring it back for a comeback. Thank you everyone that watched, commented, and viewed my old AMV's! Enjoy!

I really don't want to underestimate Chibi's attack. If it makes a full grown adult go "OWOWOWOWOWOW" then it actually does SOMETHING. The hearts could be represented as needles poking at the villan's skin.
The jingle that plays during the "pink sugar heart attack" sells the whole premise! Hilarious!

In my personal opinion mini moon's voice is the only voice in the cloverway dub that actually improved, not to mention her voice is really cute too :3
I agree with you all the way. The Dic voice was so horrible I practically dreaded her because of the voice it was so horrible but when I got the Sailor Moon S disc 3 with her in the first episode I was oh no not Rini I wouldn't mind if they had a oh I don't know a better voice actress! But I watched the discs anyway and when I got to disc 3 I said OK please just please get a better voice for Rini please she's so cute and her voice is so annoying and not realistic please just get a voice actress who is able to voice a young girl in elementary school that shouldn't be too hard. So I watched it and I said OK where's Tuxedo Mask he's supposed to save the girls when they are in trouble of losing but Rini came I huh and after Sailor Moon That Voice I Know That Voice I said uh no I don't know it this is definitely a different voice or a new character but nope it was Rini as Sailor Mini Moon and my mouth was wide open In happiness and I said finally yeah good riddance to original voice welcome new voice actress I welcome you with open arms with this voice Rini will be more enjoyable and more sounding realistic voice. Hopefully being Stephanie Beard lives in Los Angeles maybe just maybe she'll return to voice Rini in the re dub by Viz. I just hope Naoko Takeuchi liked Stephanie Beard as Sailor Mini Moon because if I remember correctly she did like her (correct me if I am wrong).

Nah, this was Sugars break out acting role. She would host everyday with the same voice and then go record with the same voice. She was green and it showed. The DIC voice was superior in almost everyway. She will always be the first and only Rini
@@RecoveringChristian it's her normal speaking voice, hence why Shaw Picked her. She sounded like Rini's first VA without even trying.
AlphineWolf that's the point. Effort. It sounded like a first time actor. Of course she really progressed and found her groove with the character, but her first season or 2, it was obvious how amateur she was, cringey, not helped by the now known rushed poorly translated cloverway script at all.
I was like.. I'm not gonna watch 5 mins of pink sugar heart attack.. But then I just couldn't stop watching 😱😱😱 and when it was over I was like.. :( no more? .. As if a spell was cast on me x____x love the scenes! So cute and funny xD Thankies for the upload xD

I find this one funny because of the way her enemies react to when the hearts hit them.
Sailor mini moon's pink sugar heart attack was the most funny and pathetic at the same time. and her funny expressions when it wasn't working sometimes was really funny. I really liked her english voice from the cloverway's dub of season three and four a lot. And she never used this attack again or mentioned it in season four.

I swear something about sailor moon draws in everyone INCLUDING adults. I have never seen another show that is so well put together better than sailor moon is.

i always loved that attack cause it seemed to actually hurt the enemy lol she was still training so her power wasn't always working, cool that it reflected in her wand beingon and off in battle

I think it was a generic Dollar Tree wand.
They explain the concept in Crystal and I think the manga. The Sailor Moon artifacts are semi-sentient in that they respond in accordance to the will of the user. Using them for selfish reasons or to hurt someone for no reason, they refuse to respond or their power is diminished. Used to protect someone or for a noble purpose they respond with their full power. This is why Sailor Moon had to beg the crystal for more power and why she needed it during the fights with the final villains of the series.
Mini Moon/Chibi Usa was inexperienced but more importantly she was using her wand for entirely selfish reasons; she wanted to prove she was strong enough and often recklessly attacked foes alone. This is why there's only one time she unleashed the full power from her wand and that's when she asks for it to protect her. Different animation and had the power to deflect an incoming attack at 3:24. The few times it worked but not very strongly was when she was trying to actually help others, which was the whole point of her training.

Chibi-Usa(Little bunny) is obviously playing with her item against her hoes not for a real fight to perish monsters. Random heart-shaped beams cannot overcome all hoes she encountered.

I was kind of hoping to find this in Japanese, but I love this attack, and I wanted to see them all so much I was willing to watch dub scenes.
(Thankfully, Stephanie Beard is a pretty good voice actress. I don't think I'd mind if they went with her again for the Viz dub.)
