Are those Tatra 813s running their stock NA air-cooled engines or something more 'modern'???

As far as I can tell, most of them have the stock NA engine, while some have the turbocharged version from the 815 still air cooled. Plus there's one or two 815s between them.
Always wondered what are the specs and rules for truck trials are the mostly stock ,have certain tires etc always wondered, also k4 you make the best videos always love the content, don't have this in America so nice to see these beast

I’m confused. Can they not run tires with cut tread blocks? Their tread blocks were slicked out by being loaded up with mud. Almost all of them were running road legal tires, but the green truck was running off road agricultural tires, which seems like a huge, unfair advantage. Or is it that one team was smart and every other team was dumb?
Man these things are UNREAL. Ridiculous how powerful these beasts are. Then the drivers are out there, threading the needle with these beasts. Putting them through gates I wouldn't get a regular sized truck thru..lmao. Great video!! Keep em coming

Looks like many of these trucks have manual transmissions. Kind of archaic in this day and age. But fun to drive I’d bet.

Can they not modify the engines? These all look like they are 250 hp. Seems like you could easily modify them with a modern diesel and use 800 hp to get up those muddy hills!
It’s a traction problem, not a power problem.

На половине машин предусмотрена центральная подкачка, а колеса никто не травит - по скользкому склону на стравленных колесах забираться намного проще. Что нам и демонстрируют на 16:25...
