BartonSnooker thank you for your great content, recently made a half century which I simply never dreamed of doing until I started watching your videos and following your advice.
Afternoon Steve nice to know we are all human that particular exercise really does test your cueing very much doubt ill complete that one keep up the great work great viewing 😀👌👍👍
impressive - well done...amateurs should feel a bit better about ourselves after watching this video. This is an extremely difficult shot and it is a difficult challenge for professional players. I think a good lesson for amateurs would be to talk about how unreasonably high expectations effect our playing and shot making and how it effectively neutralizes the pleasure and joy we want to derive from playing snooker - or any other recreational activity for that matter.
Great stuff. I'd be looking the get to do level 6 & 7 around 50% of the time. I think that's a good target. I think you'll manage to pot the ball more often than 50%, but getting the white in as well - 50% success is a good target.
Same technique on each shot. Just did everything exactly the same each time. I always try to be as consistent as possible. Stand behind the shot to see the line, walk in, check I'm striking the cue ball where I want, check I'm online and I'm going to hit the red where I want. Smooth long backswing, keep still, and smooth acceleration and delivery 👍
I take it you’ve seen players play with their chin slightly to the side of the cue right? Is it worth changing so the jaw is properly on the cue? Would it make a significant difference?
Can you make a video of how to stand behind line of aim ,as in the foot placement, and how to walk into the shot so that the head and cue fall exactly on line of aim ?
When i watched the 1 to 10 video, i was wondering how many attempts it took you for this, i estimated at least 20, and probably more, to do it in under 4 minutes with just 8 attempts was fantastic, well done.
Definitely helps to shoot from the baulk line. Zhao Xintong potted 42 balls on the blue spot but from the baulk line not the jaws: ruclips.net/video/KenL_y0DCV4/видео.html. I probably couldn't do this on a pool table!
Really really hard not only to keep potting the red but very hard to initially line the shot up straight so you could be cueing straight and the white wouldn'tfollow the red . I wouldn't worry about the white too much if you potted 10 reds on the trot!!! I try it down the club and it's so so hard I'm going out to my 6 foot in the garden to have a go now..... My table has more levels than the Bull Ring so I'm not holding out much hope.......
Any player in the top 100 players in the world can all make centuries easily in practice. Whenever you watch those players you're watching them under pressure playing on the TV where they are not used to the speed of the table and the cameras.
@@BartonSnooker on another note, been binging on your videos and made my highest break today, 40. Thanks so much. I did make a 52 in 2001, but then gave up the game shortly after, and took it up again in early 2020. Thanks so much. Will keep practicing
BartonSnooker Thanks, (will take more practice to repeat it though.!) I’m lucky enough to have my own table, about 3 weeks ago, love the content and style, please keep the videos coming.
@@BartonSnooker Might have to, fortunately we have a table so it's not so bad. I'm happy if I get the white to follow the object ball in the pocket from middle pocket to pink spot.
Thanks for showing that it took you eight attempts. I’m predicting it will take me eight years.
Probably the hardest shot on the table that one! Thanks a lot for watching 😊

@@29memyselfandi fantastic! Well done and it's great to help 👍
I thought when you got it twice in a row, you were just going to keep potting it continuously! Holy c**p dude 😂
Haha!
Loved it. Great video like always Steve.

What's with the cooling rack on the floor under table 2? Got a loaf in the oven?

I completed all the short stuff this morning but have to wait till I get to a club to play the long shots.

I'd still be there!!!
Excellent delivery 👍
Thank you for that
Great to see this- did you make deliberate adjustments for each shot, or continue with same technique until you potted both balls? Thanks

Yip maybe 1.5 million goes I’ll get it lol

Steve has made a video on your topic a while back. cheers
Please can you tell how to use and see the scoreboard?🙏
Please upload the other one which you have screwed back👍😁😀
I'm sure that was too embarrassing and take all credibility away (not really though)

Hey Steve! Have you tried Taom Pyro Chalk?
Hi! No I haven't tried it. I see no problem with Triangle Chalk 🙂
I will stick to from the bulk line, that's hard enough.
You're right!

Thanks for taking on my challenge. Very good effort, this is very very hard. At the start i thought you were going to just keep flowting them in 😳
Haha! 👍
I started trying this last year, still on the same shot, hit and miss

It is really tough .. I’ve tried so many times...sometimes it took hours 😂🤣
Will you give away a cue for your fans ?
Human After all Thank God❤ :D #respect
You are only human after all. Not a rocket
Your only human after all :o
Nice potting as always
It's so hard to even line up/cue straight when so close to the edge of the table too isn't it?
Yeah, very tough.
Steve, with that kind of talent you should be competing and not just coaching, seriously!!
Imagine 10 out of 10 whilst still remaining modest.
Steve why don't you try going on the tour. Surely you're much better than some of the players in the top 50!

Awesome!!! Great cueing 😀

Took me 8 goes. Tried it a year ago
Awesome 😎

I genuinely think I could try this over 100 times and not get it. I make just the pot by itself maybe 1 in 7.
Have a go at a few! See how you get on!
