      "Electrons do not flow because there is an insulating medium which is called dielectric "suppose 1 plate par agar positive charge ho to electrostatic induction ki waja sa dusra plate par negative charge ajaya ga

      The electrons entering into the 1st capacitor will make it negatively charged therefore it will repel the the electrons of 2nd capacitor and the electrons and flow in the circuit

    आपने वीडियो में लास्ट में बताया की बैटरी हटाने के बावजूद इलेक्ट्रॉन का फ्लोर बाहर की तरफ नहीं होगा क्योंकि दो मेटल प्लेट के बीच में इंसुलेटर लगा हुआ है यहां पर थोड़ा कंफ्यूजन हो गया है की मेटल के बीच मैं अगर इंसुलेटर है तो इलेक्ट्रॉन्स का फ्लो उन दोनों के बीच मैं कैसे होगा।
