Ken Knox took over the band and Danny woods went to the party prophets. ken retired the name chairmen of the board on generals birthday and the band is now called Ken Knox and company
Actually Ken changed the name back to Chairmen of the Board to continue The Legacy. Danny woods died January 14, 2018. Ken has done a fantastic job. The executives are the tightest I have ever heard them in almost 40 years. The show is awesome. It is also a little different with some great new music! New album “Words left unsaid”. It is phenomenal! They just finished a tour of the UK in April. These guys are rocking! You might not hear his voice, but you can see and feel General standing back at the sound board making sure it’s all perfect!
You can't. I was Blessed with one of the best Birthday presents ever. Mama took me to see them in 1972 with Roberta Flack, The Board had Harrison and Eddie Custis, they came out in all blue but different outfits and took everybody at Ravinia Park on a journey none of us will ever forget. Pop, Blues, Ballads,Soul, A Lil Country AND rock, it was somethin' else. @@danakirkwood7516
