Toh phir yeh hua ki saare jo inki books padhte hain woh bhi ek tarah se murkh hain. Flexibility is the principle and no one is there to make every one happy. As were the concluding remarks it was really an eye opening conversation. Ygya/yajna as I earlier perceived was something performing aahuti like om swaha apart from this the interpretation of Hinduism and Hindu was explained chronologically. I was and to an extent i still am a fan of devdutt. BUT through the years i have realised he is "andho mein kaana raha." when it comes to him explaining concepts to blind people (people who don't read or know anything about hindu texts/mythology ) they are impressed and enamoured. But when it comes to people who have studied the texts i.e. with both eyes open, his "expertise" rather lack there of, is shown to the world.

I was and to an extent i still am a fan of devdutt. BUT
through the years i have realised he is "andho mein kaana raha."
when it comes to him explaining concepts to blind people (people who don't read or know anything about hindu texts/mythology ) they are impressed and enamoured.
But when it comes to people who have studied the texts i.e. with both eyes open, his "expertise" rather lack there of, is shown to the world.
