Going to the tianguis was my favorite day when I was a child because I always came back home with a new toy. Your kids will have nice tianguis memories 😊
3:00 Aguas Frescas Mexicanas (Fruit Waters), natural drinks. From cucumbers, watermelons, and so many more. I remember the iconic glass jug containers. Often times, when I go to drink something in the USA, I think of the chemicals we drink in flavored drinks. They even tell you, "Artificially Flavored". I left Mx as a kid, in 1984 and I still remember them. I'm making preparations to come back to the Motherland. I wanna live a second life, in one.
The lettuce looks really good, lately the lettuce at our local market Albertson's and Walmart have horrible veggies. One thing I can say is you have it good when you can buy fresh from local growers organic and helping the farmers....and not big chain companies....Candice, how is the rest of the family????? The DOGS 😊lol

This reminds me so much of going to the San Jose (California) Flea Market when I was young. It was so much fun buying food at the mercado and browsing all the sellers. But it was almost always HOT 🥵. Still great memories ❤️❤️ it’s still there but I never seem to make it when I’m in town. Need to go again!
It's almost non existent. The owners, have sold off, alot of the land. For condos. We used to, have several stands. Back in the 70s, we sold plaster items. We liked the food, and second hand toys. I would scour, after. I'd find things, so I could resell. Alongside, my dad. I even, got a part time job, from a wig owner. I was his, errand girl. He was a nice, Asian man. We have good memories, my siblings and I. Except, getting up at dawn. To await, a stall.😢

@@anitafeatherston232I guess due to his speech. It might take him a bit longer to start speaking clearly, because he’s learning both at the same time and constantly mixing English/Spanish. But in the end he will be perfectly bilingual in both languages. He’s so adorable :)
