I agree with you about powerless! I was so excited for it but was one of my least favorite reads of the year 😭 maybe book 2 will be better but I don’t think I’ll be picking it up
I gave powerless a 4 star. I completely agree that it felt too easy for her to pretend. And the romance never solidified. I was left saying JUST KISS ALREADY. 😂
So excited for you to hit 20k! I think you were at 3-5k when I started watching, and you were one of my main inspirations to start making videos 🥲 My best book this month was Vow of Thieves
After reading the Infernal Devices & The Last Hours series at the beginning of the year, I've just been putting off the Mortal Instruments 😅 but you make the 4th book sound like a fun time! I may just have to continue on that journey again
I don’t think I will ever stop thinking about the characters in the green bone Saga! The entire series made every other fantasy I’ve read seem like child’s play!
i actually don’t mind the miscommunication trope if it’s done well for me. sometimes it’s stupid, sometimes i understand it. now i’m nervy for that book 😬
I so agree on powerless!! I did really enjoy it and gave it 4.5 stars bc I thought the plot was really good, but there was just something about the romance I didn’t love… like every sentence Kai said had darling in it and rly made me cringe 😭
omg im a new subscriber but i am definitely a fan. i feel like i can watch your videos all day! I bought Powerless on my Kindle but have yet to crack it open and I haven’t been that interested in getting around to it but wondering how I’ll feel about it once I do! Also love the Sarah J Maas review, I’m currently on ACOMAF and know I have such a long way to go 😭 read video! 🥰☺️
I really don't understand all those readers who are disappointed by A Curse for True Love. I believe it was perfect and the resolve was so satisfying. Plus, the ending is clear: there is going to be more stories about the Magnificent North. What more could we ask for?
Havoc of Souls (Dark Spirits Book 1) by S.J. Sanders was my best book of November, but sadly contained no dragons. I also have Forth Wing and Iron Flame but put those away for my after Christmas read 🥰🐉🐲📚
I'm currently on Tower of Dawn and think I'm in the minority when I say I'm loving it and I love Chaol sm 🥹 Can't wait to read the Jade City series next year after all your hype! 🐉🐉🐉
Totally agree with you on powerless. For Kai being an enforcer with years of experience he really didn’t have any speculations towards Pae and that in it self didn’t work for me. Excited to read Empire of Storms and finishing throne of glass this month! 🐉
Empire of Storms is my favorite in the series as well 🔥 and I think the tandem read probably takes away a lot of the constant tension in this book!
I agree with you about powerless! I was so excited for it but was one of my least favorite reads of the year 😭 maybe book 2 will be better but I don’t think I’ll be picking it up
Fonda Lee is definitely a genius ❤ This series has a special place in my heart ❤
“But he is aware that she is quite hot” lolol. Loved this video. Thank you!

I’ve never cried so hard at a book than I did when reading Jade Legacy.
I don’t think I will ever stop thinking about the characters in the green bone Saga! The entire series made every other fantasy I’ve read seem like child’s play!
i totally agree! the way she wrote it just makes every other fantasy pale in comparison!
totally agree with you about a curse for true love! i also gave it 4 stars but now i’m thinking more like a 3.5
paedyn and kai 😍
rachel: “literally a terrible book”
also rachel: “i still might read book 2..”
😅😅😅
honestly i love that because maybe book 2 will be better for you!
i actually don’t mind the miscommunication trope if it’s done well for me. sometimes it’s stupid, sometimes i understand it. now i’m nervy for that book 😬
empire of storms 😭🙌🏻⚔️
best book for me in november was all the young dudes vol 2! 🤌🏻

The Graham Effect and The Puck Secret were my favorite books I read in November, but it was a slow month for me 🐉

The Green Bone Saga is on my TBR I keep hearing great things about it.
i’m not really sure when your hair got so long but HI HAIR😍
haha thank you!! i haven’t cut it in 7 months!
The Greenbone Saga is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I am currently reading Jade City because of your reviews of these books, and I can't put it down!
yay i’m so glad! it’s an incredible swries
Oh no! I'm so sorry you got spoiled for Iron Flame. That sucks. Hope you end up loving it anyway! 🥰🥰
I really don't understand all those readers who are disappointed by A Curse for True Love. I believe it was perfect and the resolve was so satisfying. Plus, the ending is clear: there is going to be more stories about the Magnificent North. What more could we ask for?
omg city of fallen angels is so underrated i LOVE it so much
it was so fun!

I just finished Morning Star a couple of days ago, that ending…🤯
Thanks for your video. My favorite books in November were Voice of War (Zack Argyle) and Divine Rivals (Rebecca Ross)
