    It would be cool to see Rich do a pump sesh that involved anything incline bench or calves. It would be like seeing a unicorn, or Bigfoot, or a... sober Charlie Sheen.

    How CrossFit has changed since 2010. Doing isolation movements was made fun of by the community once upon a time because it wasn’t “functional.”

      Isolation, tempo, shorter range movements are a must to progress, and keep your muscles and joints, healthy in the long term.

    Pro tracking rounds trick : Draw a long line on the whiteboard. Then for every round you just swipe your finger, creating segments :)
