It would be cool to see Rich do a pump sesh that involved anything incline bench or calves. It would be like seeing a unicorn, or Bigfoot, or a... sober Charlie Sheen.

How CrossFit has changed since 2010. Doing isolation movements was made fun of by the community once upon a time because it wasn’t “functional.”
Isolation, tempo, shorter range movements are a must to progress, and keep your muscles and joints, healthy in the long term.
I've been doing CrossFit since 2009 and have always added this into my programming, so has MANY other athletes.
Rich was doing Iso curls at Tennessee when he was a strength coach with Dan….. 😂

Pro tracking rounds trick : Draw a long line on the whiteboard. Then for every round you just swipe your finger, creating segments :)
