everyone who has played double dash knows this, it was also one of the only games that worked with the controller port extender u cud have 8 player split screen
***** I enjoyed that one as well, like someone said in another comment I used to play it alot in middle school at lunch or when we had field trips on the bus. But double dash was really fun to me, I used to play it a lot at my friends place.
For Mario kart nine they should make it so that on like the local multiplayer character selection screen you can have up to eight players four teams of two
My favorite Mario Kart game is Twisted Metal Black. Yeah, I said it. It's mario kart without the stupid racing, more explosions, more blood, and TWISTED METAL.
Mario Kart DS will always stand out for me. Because of my favorite character...R.O.B. him in the Gustomatic 4000 was nigh unstoppable, imo. I owned six DS systems and several cartridge copies of that game, JUST so that my friends who didn't have one could still play with us. Good times.
Haha you love your mario games Jeremy! But yeah, idk why the game made a flippin' coin as an item.. a COIN! That's the lamest thing about this game. Coins are everywhere.. I don't even feel like they make any difference. That said, the Super Horn is very rare, so if you get that.. hold onto it! And about the retro tracks, I was a bit more disappointed with that.. there weren't enough Zero Gravity gimmicks for the retro tracks.. most of them didn't even have it. The new tracks are where it's at! Very innovative.. whereas the retro tracks were mostly just HD remakes. This game definitely gets a B from me
***** Each time you get a coin, you also get a mini-mini-mini-boost, barely noticeable. But the coins item is not only for top speed. It also helps you reach max speed, quickly after someone hits you! Use it immediately after a hit and the mini boost will get you speeding faster than just accelerating by pressing the gas button.
I wouldn't mind it being on the gamepad if it wasn't shoved in the top corner in favor of the ENOURMOUS horn button that does nothing. If the horn was in the corner and the map was taking up the middle, then I'd be ok.
DoubleDash was pretty good. To be honest, I've never played a bad MarioKart. But I liked most of the tracks in DD, as well as the ability to hold two items with the double characters.
Matthew Woodrum i dont think any are bad, theyre just kinda broken when you play with nothing but people, you stop having fun because everyones trying to dick eachother. And with the later installments they added more to the package that made the fustration even higher. Its why i like the n64 version
HOLY SHIT!! I posted this this morning and I come back 7 hours later to find out that 51 people love this post?! You guys are just so freaking awesome!
Double Dash is my favorite one. Because of the unique two man cart aspect. Though I will say most of the games are pretty great. The only one I remember not enjoying when it came out was the Wii one.
***** Sure, because a guy with the name "WiiManElite" will in no way be biased in any way against Sony. You OBVIOUSLY gave CTR a fair chance when you played it, and in no way was your opinion on the game locked in from the start.
Hey Jeremy, just wanted to say that I Iove your reviews, they're really relatable, and super helpful. Also, I wanted to know if you've ever considered creating a movie list separated by your rating system? I know it would be a huge pain in the ass, but you could start with only movies you've reviewed in the last month and go on from there or enlist a few freinds/subscribers to organize it with you. I've only started following your reviews at the end of 2013 and I don't know all of your "awesometacular" or "good time no alcohol required" movies and it would be great to see stuff like that consolidated into one blog/ website. Just a suggestion anyways, keep up the good work. I look forward to the next video
***** The XBO and PS4 are the waste of money at the moment, they hardly have any games. WiiU on the other hand now has a library of already proven games.
They just came out! How fucking long has the Shit U been out? How much units? 6 million, in 1 year Playstation 4 sold 7million and Xbox sold 5million. 1 year, with more games to come, keeping in mind they aren't restricted to only Mario, Zelda, or Donkey Kong.
I am so out of the Mario kart game universe the only two Mario kart games that I know is the super Nintendo and the Nintendo 64 lol when the fuck did they make more it's 8 already??? haha I need to get out of the rock. hello world
Bluefox2OOO yeah it is, but on the Advanced, just about everything was called Intellectual Property: Advanced on so much stuff, there was Final Fantasy 1-6 Advanced, FF Tactics Advanced 1 and 2, and so much more.
The last game in the series I played was on the N64, I bought a Wii U just for this game and I couldn't be happier. I feel it's actually benefited me not playing any of the others for so long.
Jeremy, from the bottom of my heart and my curiosity, review the 8th episode of GoT :3 I know it's probably coming but I can't wait to see what kinds of faces you make this time :p
Gotta say my favorite Mario Kart was Wii. Faster gameplay, more intricate tracks, and the first MK to have 12 racers. It was incredibly unbalanced, but that's what I liked about it. The good vehicles were just the ones to use online, and everything else was just for experimentation. It was the last MK to have shortcuts that were high risk but high reward. It introduced bikes. And lastly, it felt like skill was more involved than other Mario Kart games. Mario Kart 8 is just pretty. The track layouts are really just bare bones and not intricate at all. It's a lot more casual. It's still fun though.
So just because I think Jeremy isn't the perfect reviewer who does everything with no fault I'm knew? I'm suggesting improvements, not criticizing. His style of review wouldn't be broken if he interlaced his review with what he is talking about. I shouldn't have to have a second muted tab of the game to see what maps and gameplay elements he is commenting on.
George King Uhm this is how I know you're new, "his style of reviewing wouldn't be broken" kid this is why he is so known, because of his transparency and straight up reviews, no bs, no gimmicks, just a guy in front of the camera talking about that movie, we don't need to see any gameplay. You have the rest of the internet for that.
There's something about Mario Kart DS. The balloon and coin battles were so fun with friends and on your own. You could play with some many of your friends with that system and the tracks were great too.
I'm loving this game, its just crazy fun!! Don't regret getting a Wii U, plan to download the free game soon. Online play is pure awesome, it's so tense at times >_
Unpopular opinion warning: I always thought Mario Kart was the King, and that the clones, were just wannabes, but then I played Sonic & Sega Racing Transformed, and I gotta say, If anything gives any MK, including MK8 a run for its money, its Sonic Racing Transformed, and imo its even better.
dude a lot of the clone games are really good (mostly for the fact of how good the concept of mario kart is). I really liked Crash team racing and Jak X for example from naughtydog
***** Sega All Stars Racing is a carbon copy, I'm talking about Sonic & Sega Racing Transformed (the sequel). If you've played it for any amount of time you'd know its more than just a carbon copy.
Completely agree! Music is amazing, battle mode is actually fleshed out, the single player has GP, Time Trials, and the World Tour with a massive amount of variety with stuff that can't be found anywhere else, and the flying and boating genuinely changes the game around which doesn't seem like that's the case with the anti-grav stuff. Dynamic tracks are awesome as well!
Mario Kart DS has always had a special place in my heart. Plus that was my favorite battle mode. Oh, and has anyone else in Mario Kart backed up to when a Blue shell is coming to avoid it or in doomed cases, to suicide bomb?
kgp8 It's not. Club Nintendo is a site used to redeem registration vouchers located inside new copies of Nintendo games. When you redeem them, you take a short survey about the game you purchased and then they award you coins for it. Then you can use coins you've amassed to purchase downloadable games. There's usually four games to choose from either for 3DS, Wii U, or Wii. It's usually some kind of Virtual Console game or an indie title but nothing that would ever exceed $5-$10 in value. You can also get stuff like posters or game cases. Then they have new games to choose from every month. The average voucher is worth 40-60 coins and most of the redeemable games cost 150-200 coins. Also, if you redeem enough vouchers within a one year span, you'll achieve platinum status and are granted some kind of prize at the end of the cycle. It's different every year and usually something really cool.
I've never thought of the show as remotely boring, but everyone has their right to an opinion. It reminds me a lot of LOTR, which I love, it's definitely my favorite show on TV now and one of my favorites ever.
I'm surprised he didn't talk about some of the bullshit unlockable characters, like Metal Mario and Pink Gold Peach (or whatever it's called). They just could have kept in Birdo, Boo, or hell, even Petey Pirahna! Also, coins are the worst item ever, especially since they're everywhere. :/
I would like the coin item of it didn't appear so often. It would be better if the coin item showed up less and the new boom box(or whatever that item is called) showed up more often. Every time I need that item I can't get it.
Poké Master I wouldn't mind at all if it was a choice of offense. Like, you can throw it in front or keep it - not sure how, but the fact that it is so useless is what bothers me.
Jesus Marte They literally just give you an extra coin. Coins unlock new vehicles and stuff, so it's not all bad; they're just otherwise completely pointless as an item.
Super Mario Kart=Worth Renting Mario Kart 64=Awesometacular Mario Kart Super Circuit=Worth Buying on Sale Mario Kart Double Dash=Worth Buying at Full Price Mario Kart DS=Awesometacular Mario Kart Wii=Worth Buying at Full Price Mario Kart 7=Worth Buying at Full Price Mario Kart 8=Worth Buying at Full Price
Nintendo really f*cking nails pretty much every Mario kart game. That and smash bros are some of the only Nintendo series that really are almost always good and have little to no stinkers. (also 3D Zelda. imo, tp is my favorite game of all time)
Sam Jacobs Don't forget the F-Zero games. The series has no stinkers in it and the games are either above average or amazing from the original Super Nintendo game to F-Zero X and GX.
Super Mario Kart - Never Played it Mario Kart 64 - It is deathly boring to someone born in 1997 Super Circuit - Ehh, I had it, but never really played it Double Dash - Loved it Mario Kart DS - I went PSP, it had 2 God of Wars, Daxter, Monster Hunter, and an analog stick Mario Kart Wii - Courses were great, mechanics were kinda crap Mario Kart 7 - My favorite one by a slight margin Mario Kart 8 - I was disappointed, I have a comment on this video saying why. It's probably buried deep.
I love how you felt the need to explain to us that Mario Cart 8 is called Mario Cart 8 because it is the 8th game in the Mario Cart series... yeah, we didn't know that... it clears up so much.
Fucking blue shell. I was right at the end, almost finished, blue shell comes and hits me and my friend passes me and since I was like, 10 meters from the line he wins. Oh how I would like to teabag that son of a bitch.
my friends and i play a game called don't drink and drive for fun sometimes, or beerio kart, you open a beer before the race starts and you have to finish it before it ends, but you can't be holding the controller while drinking, its a lot of fun i recommend it
They will keep making new Mario games as long as there are fans that still want more Mario games. And believe me, there are a lot of us. I'm happy every time a new game for one of the old Nintendo franchises comes out. It will never get old for me.
Tough call. Super Mario Kart is where it all began for me and I loved that game, but I also loved the two-rider dynamic in Double Dash. Both games were incredible.
I would, GT5 you finished and then what? you have nothing new.. Mario Kart instead you can play it and play it with your friends and everytime youre gonna have a different result
I honestly don't see where the hell the buzz for GTA5 comes from. I mean, it's a good game, but people hype it up as the greatest thing since Ninja Jesus summoned a Flaming Raptor to battle Pirate Judas in his Cthulhu Motorcycle with their Lightgunsabers. It isn't.
You could always escape the blue shell if you drift and boost, hit a boost, or use a mushroom right before it comes down. I thought everyone knew that.
REALLY JEREMY, You give Grand Theft Auto 5 which got 9 and 10s mostly 10s and took a very long time to make a buy at sale price. But you give Mario Kart 8 which is a copy and paste game with new maps and textures of the last one and that only got an 8.5 at most from reviewers a buy at full price. I am a fan of your channels but you need to learn gaming. Seriously either get your gaming reviews right or just make movie reviews.
Yeah, fuck him making his own opinion about a game and not rating games higher because other people rated it higher. He really needs to learns how to be a follower
rune man GTA V is easily the most over rated game ever made. And where are you getting 100 hours from? Took me 30 to beat the main story and it took me 43 to get the 100% completion trophy... Shut the hell up and stop throwing bullshit "facts" around. Its his channel and he can rate a videogame whatever the fuck he wants to.
"Learn gaming?" That's like the most pretentious thing I've heard. It's his opinion, if you disagree, more power to you, but don't think you're on some higher level just because you run a gaming channel.
Totally agree w/ your review. Battle mode should have been better but outside of that it's a really fun game. Do you plan to do any online races? If so, my Nintendo ID is Star-burns. Thanks again for another awesome review.
What sucks though is if you have the horn in first place waiting for a blueshell all someone needs to do is to use lightning and you lose the item. Thats happened to me a few times.
Love the game, the new tracks and the revamped ones are great. I never played Battle Mode since Mario Kart DS, so it wasn't a big deal for me. I liked the new item system. I don't mind the first player getting bad items all the time, because blue shells are a lot less common. And that being the case, I also don't mind that you can only get a new item after using the one you have. The first place would have a big advantage if that was the case, because you can get those sound boxes eventually in first place if you keep trying. Also, it looks gorgeous and the soundtrack is awesome.
I say Mario Kart Double Dash was the best It had awesome mechanics and music, it was awesome how you got to play as 2 different characters, the items were so awesome in that game, the way they made that game was just awesome!
Mario Kart Double Dash is still my favorite. MK8 is a close second, but I loved the dual characters on a kart, and the tracks were awesome. It was my first videogame ever, and I just love it to this day. :) I was so happy to see the Gamecube tracks in HD on Wii U.
My fave would have to be either Super Circuit or Double Dash because they were both definitive games of my childhood... they were just... ahhh! I need to play them again!
I was also wondering why I was getting only coins and bananas too. From what. I read, it's because the first 3 places only get basic items (coins, green shells, bananas... And that sound box that protects you from the blue shell). It's for balance, supposedly.
I rented this when it came out from Redbox for one night for like $3. I played one level with my friend and returned it. (Perhaps two, but I don't remember.) Mario Kart 7 on the 3DS is still my favorite new one and Double Dash is still my all-time favorite.
Mario Kart 8 is on the verge of awesometacular, it just needs a proper battle mode with arenas, a better race editor and some more modern online features, like lobby chat in public matches if you choose. Those are my only real gripes with it, everything else is fantastic, the gameplay, the balancing, the graphics, the track design, the characters and the online.modes in general. Great game.
I once was in first place, got a blue shell, and when I launched it I blew myself up.
Which game?
Mario Kart 7.
I did the same in Wii. I thought "hey, what happens when..."
.... We don't talk about that day.
It's so annoying. Whenever I get the lock on from the blue shell, I just slow down so I take as many people with me.
GunFuMaster I do that too. It brings down the second and third place racers if they're close enough. :D
I love the fact bowser took his 8 illagimate children go karting with his arch nemesis but didnt take bowser jr.
We taped him to the ceiling fan of the castle.
Ludwig von Koopa
Nice name!
Lol. I always wondered: who's the mother?
Ludwig Von Friedreih
Likewise.
RizenLink Peach. Hes taking her for a reason
I liked Mario Kart DS the best.
That game pisses me off so much, I love it!
***** I remember those days.
***** Those days were the shit
Yes! I remember how accomplished I felt when I got three stars in all the missions and unlocked the secret missions!
maybe for nostalgic reasons but there's no denying mk8 is the best in the series.
I would say Double Dash was my favorite. Haven't played MK8 yet though.
thats my fav too
the battle mode was the best!
everyone who has played double dash knows this, it was also one of the only games that worked with the controller port extender u cud have 8 player split screen
my favorite Mario Kart game is double dash, I wish they'd do another
*****
I enjoyed that one as well, like someone said in another comment I used to play it alot in middle school at lunch or when we had field trips on the bus. But double dash was really fun to me, I used to play it a lot at my friends place.
4 player 2v2 co op races were the best thing ever!!!!!
Rainbow Road from Double Dash, nuff said
^
For Mario kart nine they should make it so that on like the local multiplayer character selection screen you can have up to eight players four teams of two
My favorite Mario Kart game is Twisted Metal Black.
Yeah, I said it.
It's mario kart without the stupid racing, more explosions, more blood, and TWISTED METAL.
pretty much a gritty version of the Mario Kart battle mode, actually i think that is how the TM franchise started out.
Without the *amazing* racing. Had to correct you real quick.
thats stupid
Not ashamed to say this...Mario Kart Wii is the best XD
Super Nintendo :O
Double dash! Awhhh yeah!
n64 bitch

Oh I see.. Someone told me that in MK7 the more coins you get the faster you go, and I never saw the difference
***** does increase top speed
The coins increase your speed by just a little bit. Its not super noticeable but it can make all the difference in a super close race
*****

Oh I see.. no wonder I always lost in that game, lol
Only thing that bothers me about MK8:
No map on the screen.
Only on the wii u pad.
There is a map on the screen but it kinda sucks because you have to use the t.v. And put the map on the gamepad.
I wouldn't mind it being on the gamepad if it wasn't shoved in the top corner in favor of the ENOURMOUS horn button that does nothing. If the horn was in the corner and the map was taking up the middle, then I'd be ok.
Climax
you can change that by touching the map, that switches the map with the horn button, so you have it bigger, centered, with more info!=D
"USE OUR PERIPHERAL YOU LOVE OUR PERIPHERAL" -Nintendo/Microsoft
***** Hey ben there is an update so if you press minus the map shows up.
DOUBLE DASH OF COURSE! IS THERE REALLY ANYTHING MORE FUN THAN RACING AS TWO CHARACTERS?!!
I'm with you on that!
DoubleDash was pretty good. To be honest, I've never played a bad MarioKart. But I liked most of the tracks in DD, as well as the ability to hold two items with the double characters.

Double Dash is my favorite one. Because of the unique two man cart aspect. Though I will say most of the games are pretty great. The only one I remember not enjoying when it came out was the Wii one.
I loved double dash, i wish Nintendo would bring it to the switch
Talk about the mountain vs the viper?
*high-pitched screeching*
we're still in mourning
Too soon man...too soon. We lost the man with the most swag in the Seven Kingdoms we need at least till Friday
ive been in mourning for a long time, you sweet summer children
He had ONE job....DAMNIT!
This guy is an editing maniac.
The only cart game that is better to me than Mario Cart is Crash Team Racing, that game is just a masterpiece,I fucking love it so much.
I played that game so much when I was younger but I had a playstation 2 instead of a playstation 1 so my games data never saved.
Oh.. well that's too bad.. But still,I hope you still had fun with it haha
***** i see you'r delusional. That's fine, we're going to enjoy our awesome crash team racing(ps1, not that tag shit)

Sonic All-Stars :D
Mario Kart 8 might actually be my favorite out of the bunch. I haven't had this much fun with a game in a very long time
*Still reviews more games than angry joe*
"Mario Kart Super Circuit is my favorite!" Said no one ever.
Hey, don't diss on Super Circuit.
But Mario Kart Super Circuit is my favorite...
I wish they brought back mable tree way from mario kart wii.
Super Circuit was my game, bro
I believe they brought back Maple Treeway in MarioKart 7 so they wouldn't bring back a 3rd time in a row.

Waste of money.
***** The XBO and PS4 are the waste of money at the moment, they hardly have any games. WiiU on the other hand now has a library of already proven games.
Not really. Not when the Nintendo admitted a huge failure with the Wii U. More of a waste of logic on your side.
***** The Wii U was a marketing failure, not a design failure. The machine and the games it has now are very very solid.

well that sucks !
We know planes are a thing in the Mario World ever since Sunshine though.
Great game. Can't wait for New Zelda U & New Super Smash Bros!
It's about time!! Was wondering when you would do another game review! Either way, good video and I always enjoy your game reviews.
Well, since you got Wind Waker HD for free, I feel you should do a review on it. :-)
Blocking blue shells with that new horn thing is the most satisfying feeling ever.
Jeremy, from the bottom of my heart and my curiosity, review the 8th episode of GoT :3 I know it's probably coming but I can't wait to see what kinds of faces you make this time :p
Double dash because it came out during my prime childhood years, the tracks and music are so nostalgic for me I can't help but love it the most
I cannot put this game down. It's so good!
Really can't wait for the game of thrones review. I'm still in shock, 11 hours later, and I knew what was coming.
But you're not gonna talk about Watch Dogs?......
That game.... Was garbage! So disappointing.
Ya, I hope he talks about it. It's a great game!
Watch dogs was terrible and should be buried in Mexico with et.
Because it's not worth talking about
***** Soooooooooooooo, that means he should talk about it. Derp.
Being a member of the Gamecube generation no one seems to care existed, I have very fond memories of 'Mario Kart: Double Dash!!'.
You should review Wind Waker.
yay, Jeremy reviews games again, its been a long time man, its been a long time, i wish u also review the new GOT episode, *coughs*Oberyn*coughs*
Jeremy, Sherlock series 3 is on Netflix. Go watch it now if you haven't. If you don't have Netflix, then never mind.
I am pretty sure he has netflix. Also I second this. I want to see your review of Sherlock series 3 please!!
Wait what? (Runs downstairs to Xbox One to watch.)

Wait what do you mean you can get wind waker for free?..... was it a special game stop thing?
oh thanks I'll do that
just wondering will I need a SD card to save the free game or will it save to the wii U?
oh ok so I can save it to the wii U I'll do that then thaanks
I heard you can get more options depending where you live...in the US you get 4 options of games but in other places you get more...luckies
kgp8 It's not.
How he rants on the blue shell is just so funny. XD
please review the new Mortal Kombat X trailer :D
Double Dash was by far my favorite.. i wish they would have kept that mechanic of 2x the items and 2 characters per kart
please review season 4 episode 8 of game of thrones! O_O
oddly enough. watching this review makes it feels a conversation. i'd love to talk MarioKart with jeremy to no end.
Oh right, Nintendo still exists.
Yo, what’s with the Nintendo hate?
At 6:09 you can see a speck fly up from the bottom of the middle of the screen. Just thought I'd share :D
No GoT season 4 episode 8 review yet?
Hmmm, you're getting rusty, sir...
GOT is crap so.
Cody Griffin yea you are definitely in the minority here...
I would stay for the bewbs but the show is boring.
I've never thought of the show as remotely boring, but everyone has their right to an opinion. It reminds me a lot of LOTR, which I love, it's definitely my favorite show on TV now and one of my favorites ever.
Double Dash was my first Mario Kart game (and I think my fist game ever in general) and it will always be my favorite in the franchise.
Like, you can throw it in front or keep it - not sure how, but the fact that it is so useless is what bothers me.
what do the coin items do?
Jesus Marte They literally just give you an extra coin. Coins unlock new vehicles and stuff, so it's not all bad; they're just otherwise completely pointless as an item.
MissDarkAngelx1 Every coin you gather increases your max speed by a little bit. It caps out at 10.
Great review Jeremy. I like Mario Kart but I got to stick With Crash Team Racing. But my fave is Mario Kart 7.
Mario Kart: Doubledash is the best!
Great review Jeremy. Did you see the new trailer for Mortal Kombat X yet?
Super Mario Kart=Worth Renting
Mario Kart 64=Awesometacular
Mario Kart Super Circuit=Worth Buying on Sale
Mario Kart Double Dash=Worth Buying at Full Price
Mario Kart DS=Awesometacular
Mario Kart Wii=Worth Buying at Full Price
Mario Kart 7=Worth Buying at Full Price
Mario Kart 8=Worth Buying at Full Price
Nintendo really f*cking nails pretty much every Mario kart game. That and smash bros are some of the only Nintendo series that really are almost always good and have little to no stinkers. (also 3D Zelda. imo, tp is my favorite game of all time)
Sam Jacobs
Don't forget the F-Zero games. The series has no stinkers in it and the games are either above average or amazing from the original Super Nintendo game to F-Zero X and GX.
Super Mario Kart - Never Played it
Mario Kart 64 - It is deathly boring to someone born in 1997
Super Circuit - Ehh, I had it, but never really played it
Double Dash - Loved it
Mario Kart DS - I went PSP, it had 2 God of Wars, Daxter, Monster Hunter, and an analog stick
Mario Kart Wii - Courses were great, mechanics were kinda crap
Mario Kart 7 - My favorite one by a slight margin
Mario Kart 8 - I was disappointed, I have a comment on this video saying why. It's probably buried deep.
Side note, you can escape the blue shell with a mushroom which is why I keep mushrooms on me at all time when I am first.
Never liked Mario Kart, but some people do.
A LOT of people do
Everyone but you it seems lol
Your actually the first person I've ever heard say they didn't like MarioKart.
*you're
Good news! Not every single person has to like the same thing.
Oh how I would like to teabag that son of a bitch.
my friends and i play a game called don't drink and drive for fun sometimes, or beerio kart, you open a beer before the race starts and you have to finish it before it ends, but you can't be holding the controller while drinking, its a lot of fun i recommend it
Mario kart DS
It's so cute to see how excited Jeremy is over Mario Kart c:
ANOTHER Mario game??.. Nintendo is still in the past. It was fun the first few 100 times, but some things need to come to a end.
So you say it's fun for the first few 100s? Good, because they are still at around the 70 mark, meaning there's a good 230 left until it's not fun.
Gogito4
._. idk if I should be offended or not. Either way, I think we both know what I was trying to get through when I said the first few 100 times.
At least there's a new mario kart game with every generation, not every year like call of duty
They will keep making new Mario games as long as there are fans that still want more Mario games. And believe me, there are a lot of us. I'm happy every time a new game for one of the old Nintendo franchises comes out. It will never get old for me.
Fuck you and your stop motion!
Tough call. Super Mario Kart is where it all began for me and I loved that game, but I also loved the two-rider dynamic in Double Dash. Both games were incredible.
You would rarther have this over Gta 5? Has the world gone mad?
I would, GT5 you finished and then what? you have nothing new.. Mario Kart instead you can play it and play it with your friends and everytime youre gonna have a different result
I honestly don't see where the hell the buzz for GTA5 comes from. I mean, it's a good game, but people hype it up as the greatest thing since Ninja Jesus summoned a Flaming Raptor to battle Pirate Judas in his Cthulhu Motorcycle with their Lightgunsabers.
It isn't.
EsechavaHD Typical "brogamer" response.
That logic
EsechavaHD Congratulations you are officially the most idiotic person I have seen on the internet, and I watched a PewDiePie video once.
And Mario Kart 8 will get boring after 5 maps. GTA 5 gets boring after 100 or more hours. I would give Mario Kart 8 a buy when the price drops.
rune man It has an 88 on Metacritic (aggregate of 63 different critics) and a 9.3 user review score. What kind of drugs are you on?
Thanks again for another awesome review.
fav mario kart games is double dash because you could carry two items and it had charter Pacific power ups too
It is absolutely imperative that you talk about the viper and the mountain!
There are some rumors , Nintendo will release good arenas for Battle mode as DLC and a Namco character may end up in the game.
So how about a review on Wind Waker, Jeremy?
What sucks though is if you have the horn in first place waiting for a blueshell all someone needs to do is to use lightning and you lose the item. Thats happened to me a few times.
Well Jeremy my boy it seems you now have to continue the Zelda review tradition and share your thoughts on The Wind Waker. Let the legend live on!
Top 3 -
Mario Kart 64 is the best.
My all-time favorite.
2nd favorite is Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
3rd favorite is Mario Kart 7.
The first Mario kart on the GameCube will always have a place in my heart XD
Double Dash. It was the only way for my brother and I to get along as kids. My brother would always drive, but it didn't get super competitive.
I spit my water all over my monitor when he tea bagged the blue shell XD
Love the game, the new tracks and the revamped ones are great. I never played Battle Mode since Mario Kart DS, so it wasn't a big deal for me. I liked the new item system. I don't mind the first player getting bad items all the time, because blue shells are a lot less common. And that being the case, I also don't mind that you can only get a new item after using the one you have. The first place would have a big advantage if that was the case, because you can get those sound boxes eventually in first place if you keep trying.
Also, it looks gorgeous and the soundtrack is awesome.
I say Mario Kart Double Dash was the best
It had awesome mechanics and music, it was awesome how you got to play as 2 different characters, the items were so awesome in that game, the way they made that game was just awesome!
I hope you review Bayonetta 2 when it comes out.
I rented this when it came out from Redbox for one night for like $3. I played one level with my friend and returned it. (Perhaps two, but I don't remember.) Mario Kart 7 on the 3DS is still my favorite new one and Double Dash is still my all-time favorite.
Will you be reviewing The Mountain and the Viper?
Review the viper vs the mountain.
Great game.
64. since I played that so much with friends. :D
Triclyde would be so cool as a MarioKart racer! The left and right snake heads can steer while the middle one navigates!
