The children can climb a tree but if the child falls and injure themselves or fall to the death the parent is held responsible. Growing up siblings watched each other . We rode bikes together . Walked to the parks together. But where he was wrong not speaking to the adult. That's why you can take a child to a psychologist to be tested if you think your child isn't reaching certain skills by a particular age. Pediatricians refer parents to child psychologists every day. It's not unusual at all. Not all children develop at the same rates, but if they're falling way behind, it's good to get an opinion from a psychologist.
