@Mancbuses they really don't I'm from Skegness and the amount of idiots that walk out or walk to a bus when their pulling out their just asking to be squahsed
@Mancbuses Yea honestly it makes me laugh when their at a crossing is well and they see the bus but still walk out their honestly asking to be killed buses can stop like cars can
You think that's bad they bloody do it where I live to me on a motorbike... Not only do they risk their life but mine too as if I hit them they'll take me with them. It's like "woah do you have a death with for the both of us" 😂... Makes you laugh some days
I've got an interview with Stagecoach tomorrow for a trainee bus driving role. Spent all my working life in manufacturing / warehousing and always fancied bus driving. Really see it as something I could work at for the rest of my working life. What do you think of them as a company ? And would you recommend the job as a whole?
Hello, Stagecoach is a strange company and it really does depend on the location and managers at the depot, My main time there it was good apart from the passengers sometimes. But it really does depend on the area that you are going to work for, Manchester it is mainly students then as you go into the slums of manchester you get more idiots but still really not many. even on the night buses never felt like I was in danger. Just stick to the rules and you be fine ask before bending them. The job as a whole thou is good where I am now it is super easy and it pretty much is just driving there no fares etc to worry with. But Ive said it many times the job is what you make it and how hard it is depends on you. Most days ill go for the easy option show me a sweet wrapper and you was good. Then other days/trips i would decide to check tickets and pull those that didn't have the correct or valid ticket (did this mainly when I was in a Bad Mood). Hope this helps Jordan
Nope. You are shown the route once maybe more if you are lucky. After that you have route sheets or idiot sheets as we call them they are made so you can follow them out on the road. Without reading them while driving for obvious reasons. Once you done the route a few times it becomes like driving to the shops you just know it. Hope this helps.
@@Mancbuses yes i mean it is but. The 35 to wigan only runs in the earlymorning and late night. 35 to Worsley is morning only and all day sunday. Then 35 to leigh for the rest of the times
Nice for you to give the passenger safety advice when standing between a bus and a metal barrier. The importance of a swing check.
They won't listen and do it again

@@ukfunfairsandthemeparks6776 so very true. They think we being funny with them but i guess we see who is laughing then they look like a pizza

Hope it all goes well for you. Considering getting on the buses myself just fed up working in an office.
Best job ever getting paid to look out of a window :)

Yeah thanks
And now to make it even more confusing theyve changed it to the 35. 35 to worsley 35 to leigh and 35 to wigan
The like to try and confuse the public as much as possible

What is your reaction when people don't have their, would you get fired for allowing them to travel without a pass?
Depends on what they tell you etc but no you wouldn't long as you told the inspector if they got on.
Blimey Jordan you didn't half moan... Then I thought.."what do you call a group of bus drivers... A whinge of bus drivers" 😂
ill give you that lol. Use to just talk to my self. Did really enjoy it when started but the service life in Manchester really wasn't the best lol
People are far politer up north than down south, everyone where I live is a miserable c#%t😮💨
They can be miserable up north too.
they can be when the bus doesnt show
You could walk it quicker in Manchester city centre
In most cases that is true lol. Traffic is a nightmare
lol why u so angry all the time relax bro try driving in london its worse
I couldn't do it ha it's a few years old this so changed a bit since then
