- Hey guys, this is our full review of the newly launched Samsung Galaxy A73 5G. In Nepal, the A73 is priced at Rs. 73,000 (8+256GB) while in India the A73’s price starts from Rs. 41,999 (8/128GB).
The A73 is powered by Snapdragon 778G chipset and comes with a 5000 mAh battery supported by 25- watt fast charging. Apart from that, it has a polycarbonate body like last year but feels a little better on the hands. Also, Samsung has included an IP67 rating here just like the A53. Find out more in this video :)

I just bought my A73 few days ago. So far I'm very happy and satisfied! Looks great, designed perfectly, works fast, the interface is very simple and easy to use, and the camera is a BIG Plus!!

Is it worth money for camera department?
@Liz Lagat in this price range yes but if you can increase your budget by little then go for s21 fe which is far more superior compared to a73 ( but battery of s21 fe sucks )
I saw some people complaining about battery timings? Is that true?

They could have at least gone with SD870 or MT1200. Samsung s21 Fe selling for 49k makes its case harder.
Another solid review Pratima 👍. Considering the price of the A73 and the upgrades over the Galaxy A72, the phone is completely overpriced. Removal of the headphone jack, no charger, pre-applied screen protector or case in the box, the Galaxy A73 is a downgrade in some customers eyes.
And no telephoto lens

Only downgrade is the telephoto lens for me. I never cared about a headphone jack, and already got an old but decent charger.
I bought it last week. Zero complaints. Only downside imo is the lack of a telephoto lens, which is basically a downgrade from my old A72 (never cared about the headphone jack).
yeah the telephoto is a nice addition on A72 which I use now, but the processor of A72 is anemic and weak for its price.
@@jdtoledo that is why I traded the A72, it was getting slower by the day. The A73 is considerably more responsive and faster. However, I _do_ miss that telephoto lens.

I bought this phone a month ago.... my previous phone is A 70s... no regrets about the phone.... plus point is the camera and long battery life... smooth fast and flawless phone
I have recently shifted to galaxy a73 after nearly 4 years of using redmi note 6 pro as my daily driver! It's been a huge upgrade for me.And i totally happy with this phone.It costs 60,000 taka like 750 US dollar in Bangladesh!

As you can see almost all the specs are equal for A52s and A73 with a big price difference so it's better to go for A52s cheers
The A52s will be outdated soon so it's best Go for the A73 5g which worths 5 years update

after 3 weeks of use i can say it does the job done smoothly and easily but sometimes the
camera lags when i take a photo... i hope they fix this in the next update with android 14 🙏
Fact is, so much is on a smartphone, email, banking and other personal data. Software support is mandatory. I think this comes with Android 12. So it will be supported for a good deal longer than other manufacturers - which, frankly is pretty poor.

tbh a73 is value for money at the moment .. i got it for inr 35500 .. not to forget i got their official charger for free and also their buds worth somewhere around 6k for like 499 inr which is a steal .. also the 4 year of os update stands out in comparision to only 2 years left for A52s and also the camera is better

I bought my a73 from 3days ago this phone is absolutely good the processor makes the phone so smooth with the 120hz but the problem is that it does not have an adaptive refresh rate bug that's OK the battery is good and the camera is good but not the best out there but this phone is nice

On the start of the video I've been thinking that the SD870 should be the one use here for the price to be much of worth. That then would let the A73 atleast at 4k60, and maybe even better at all sensors including the front and ultrawide for better video capturing. And also, just maybe, also help on the battery side, thought the SD778 must have been fine for that part. Maybe an update will fix it. Plus an adaptive refresh rate if it is posible on an update, is it?

@@starlight4568 Variable refresh rate can be done, especially to 60 when not touched using apps.

almost all the panels have to give an option for 60 if the refresh rate is higher
but for 5-6 step variable refresh rate or more there a different tech used
i cant remember the name, it allows the refresh rate to ge extremely low(like 1hz) to save battery, which is not possible on normal screens
now.... if you want to check wether your phone supports multiple refresh rates
download SetEdit and play around with values of peakRefreshRate
try 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 144
if anything other than 60 and max works then your phone has it
....
if you mess up anything in SetEdt, just restart your phone and everything will be back to normal
@@starlight4568 LTPO is a hardware level for vairable refresh rate and needs expensive panel. But just switching to 60 when not touched is software level which Samsung doesnt provide is the main concern here and needs a seperate paid app to achieve.

No Lag. I switch off my phone every day for 15 mins. So the performance increases. I am doing it from last 3yrs with my old phone too A50. Even today my A50 is like a Ferrari with any modifications.
