      Youre welcome! Thats what is so powerful about meditation....it helps you focus your attention and come back to the present moment, which eliminates the stream of jumbled thoughts that are over-taking your mind. Typically, what helps you calm your mind?

    I used to meditate daily. But these days i'm to stressed to focus. Need meditation more then ever but i'm to stressed to do it. Any advice how to meditate while dealing with a lot of stress ?

      Yes, when youre really stressed it can be hard to sit in silence. The best way to get back into the habit of meditating is to do a guided meditation.

      Yes! There is some research that suggests that mindfulness meditation effectively decreases binge eating and emotional eating. Give it a try!
