- I cleaned a few of the driveways on this street and saw that this one was sticking out because it was SO dirty. So, I knocked on the door and offered to clean it up completely free! The homeowner couldn't wrap his head around me doing it for free by was so happy when I got finished.

So nice to our seniors being taken care of and looked after. Pressure washing is a needed service but often overlooked for Seniors on a fixed and limited budget, so you are really helping the people that need it the most. Thank you, Spencer.

As always another satisfying video . The gentleman was so appreciative of what you had done and I imagine by asking you to do the back patio is why he decided he needed to pay you. Hi Spencer, I enjoy both your channels very much. If you don't mind an idea -- would love to see a 3-part video series. 1st part would be find an overgrown yard and do your usual SB Mowing gig. 2nd part: come back a few days later and do your SB Power Washing gig and get rid of all the grime on the sidewalks from the dirt and grass you peeled off earlier. Part 3: come back a week or so later and do a final clean up with a bagging lawn mower. Clean up any residual trash, clippings, etc. and put a real polish on the yard. Then do a Before & After that'll knock your audience's socks off. While I find your content relaxing & satisfying, I enjoy the Before & After the most. Thanks for your excellent content!
That is such a lovely and well-kept home. The power washing was just the touch it needed to bring it back to new. I am sure the homeowner was very appreciative! You have done a nice job sprucing up this neighborhood.

That's how that generation was raised. They reward hard work. Even when they don't have much to give other than a grilled cheese sandwich and some fruit, they want to give you something and they are offended when you try to not take it. I learned that years ago myself.

Do you ever do pressure washing AND lawn transformation on the same house? I know it would be double the work, but it could be a crossover special for your two channels. I feel like a house that's been let go for a long time would probably need both done.
