Land Title came into existence maybe 60 years now. People buy land from the person and receive a receipt with the land description and no one go register it. Does Jamaica have a law that if government wants the land that someone own that they must compensate. Don t believe government that the people don’t own the land. Government purposely capture land that is not listed at the land tax office, then claim that people on capture land. Jamaica has rules of governance just like every other country but because most Jamaican don’t know the law they assume that everything the officials do is lawful.
