My aiming device for the tank commander! I’ve only put the first Dark yellow modulation down. I’ve put it on hold to finish some other things also waiting on some good quality lacquer paints. I’ll paint that part according to it being an aiming device. Good work Jeb

Yep you’ll need super glue and a metal primer before you paint. Super glue takes time to master so be patient
I just took the metal skirts off my border panzer IV J. Repaint it and replace the mesh side skirts with Miniart side skirts

I'm pretty sure that little photoetch part is used to help the cupola orient with the gun, some kind of sighting vane.
Yep you are correct it’s a aiming device that helps with distance
