Recently started getting into exercising, working on biceps and abs and cardio here and there but yesterday I decided to jog home from the gym and overplaying this song made me sprint all the way home it was quite amazing
As someone who stayed as a person who was mostly alone and by myself, I had no problems with family whatsoever but just a person that became lazy over time but once I began studying on a new school, last year on Christmas I was contemplating on what I should do with life, mostly thinking and worrying about tomorrow, but after watching multiple videos like this, I stopped worrying too much about stuff around me and actually began working out nonstop everyday, even if I wasn’t feeling like it, I started fixing my mentality and following religion of my parents and actually changed me a lot over time, and hope that one day I become the person I always wanted to be when I was a kid, and live a happy life.
This is where everything started for me 2 years ago,i been training kickboxing/boxing every week for days w no end,it feels so good coming back to this
