Sir if we're administering intrathecal antibiotics, what's the advised duration and how frequently we should do csf cultures? Also, if there has never been a positive culture, diagnosis is based on only clinical, biochemical or radiological findings, how to discontinue antibiotics? Should we target correction of the abnormal csf findings?
