Hello everyone, i was to move to New Brunswick with my kids, which area is the best for a Family and how is the living cost like, people friendly?, and which area should i stay away from it? i just have alot of questions before i move there, please help...thanks
I road with a group of people back in 2018 all way from Massachusetts to we stop in St Steven New Brunswick one night before heading to Prince Edward Canada and I have to say when we went through Macton it was best road trip I’ve ever experienced and would loved it do it aghin it was long but it worth the trip up there I hope I go back again in 2023
saint john has gotten the short end of the stick from the province the last 2 decades..it's the "Port City" , it should be the powerhouse of nb like it was in the 80's...I'm from moncton as well
@@tazztower44 everything that comes in by ship around here goes to Halifax then shipped on land the rest of the way. i would assume its cheaper that way
@@rps1689 it just doesn't feel like a city at all, closer to a suburb for sure. I grew up just outside of Toronto. Moncton is small and easy to get around, has plenty of work from call centers to warehousing. Plus you're only a short drive to the ocean or to the country. It's a good place for people wanting to leave the city but not wanting to move to the country.

I was thinking the same thing. Saint John has a feel to it with all the beautiful architecture...I found Moncton to be very uninspiring.
@@finck9226 Saint John is actually the larger port (5th in Canada) and handles about 30 metric tonnes per year.
Does moncton have uber eats? Does Saint John? I heard they don't.

Sobeys is more popular on east coast. There are way less no frills.
