Torn Achilles Tendon - Cast and Crutches walking again after 4 weeks.

Slowly getting back to walking on both feet again. Still some sensitivity and I was careful not to "irritate" my left foot. This was right after I got the second cast on. I ended up taking the cast shoe off and did no weight bearing for another week, then put it on again and did partial weight with crutches for another week after that before walking unaided for 2 more weeks until the cast was removed. Sorry the camera was really shaky in the beginning - for some reason it got better after that though. A problem with the lens I think, it didn't like the fluorescent lights in the room.
