Add this in your review, this product, can not be sold second hand, as one account has been set up, it is impossible to delete, as the support service from eviz told me. I bought mine in an auction from return items, and now I can not sell it. I think it is important for customers to know this in the case in the future they want to sell their camera and upgrade. What is reset is the camera settings, but it is linked with the QR code and serial number to an account, this account is only one, and as long as this account is activate, I have no access to use the camera. If there is other way, please let me know, but as I said, even customer service, which I call 3 time to convince them to help me, and I was told there is no way as long as one account is linked to that camera. I have CTQ6C, a second hand with a previous owner who i dont know. I tried to move the camera up so I open the slot to reset but it doesn't move. Maybe that is why the previous owner sold it?

For those who intend to buy this brand please do think twice hence theire customer service are too bad in communication. And the product it self are dumb. I have already change 2 time the memory card brand new different brand sandisk/kingston. End up the camera wont read well, always request need to format. Im tired and waste my money for this brand.
