10th is good as the screen is bigger and better for making notes!!
How ever if the screen and design does not matters then go for iPad 9th gen.
iPads have great life it will work for a long time.

2. Open Canva - choose youtube thumbnail - select picture from gallery .
3 Edit it
4. Write texts- choose fonts , colours , affects .
5 if any sticker / emoji u want to add - from elements search what u want
6 Download image
