Great tag! What a find with the Funhouse og! That’s a beauty. Bro Country?!?!? That’s a new one to me 😂 Bob was no stranger to a bag of weed 😂 Liked and subbed. Cheers, Jack
Love this year's Vinyl Tag done by Pretty Green Vinyl Guy . Saw JC's and it was awesome. Same goes for your Brandon. Love every answer to the questions. Definetly going to jump on this. Will make a response very soon!
Great tag! I especially love the way you came up with your reasoning for choosing Clapton! Clapton is my favorite and I couldn’t even think of it that way but a great out look! Also never get tired of any Sammy albums!! Red Rocker all the way!!
We have the same love for Rebel Yell. I picked that album too. ♥️ White label promos was the best choice. I wish I had thought of that. 😃 The guys you mentioned at the end are some of the best. Happy New Year!
Happy New Year M!! So great to hear from ya! I have not seen you tag yet. Will have to check that out today. Can't believe you picked Rebel Yell too lol!!! :)
That Fun House is a great find. Fun House was the last Stooges album that I found. That is a good live Fleetwood Mac album but for me Rock N Roll Animal takes the cake. My take on the political question mirrors yours but you articulated it much better than I. Eric Clapton is someone that I would not consider in regard to the reincarnation question. Though my choice is also someone that most wouldn’t consider.
Thanks my friend. Yeah, I didn't really consider Clapton either until I reframed the question and then I was like holy cow...this guy has been around some true greats lol.
For best opening lines of a song. "Have a Heart" by Bonnie Raitt "Hey! Shut up Don't lie to me You think I'm blind, but I've got eyes to see Hey! Mister, how do you do? Oh, pardon me, I thought I knew you"
I forgot all about "white-label" promos. Yeah, they are kind of a rush to find. I don't actively seek them out but found in the wild...I still get a bit of a vinyl thrill.
Jimi Hendrix is the musician I wish I'd seen. I was too young. I would've wanted to be Jimi cuz he seems like such a cool dude & what incredible talent. Album from 1974 I would choose Bridge Of Sighs-Robin Trower. Favorite artist with 2 or more bands would be Ronnie James Dio. I'd take Stones as well. If dumped by girlfriend I'd listen to Still Got The Blues-Gary Moore. On weed I'd listen to Electric Ladyland-The Jimi Hendrix Experience Genre defining album Reign In Blood-Slayer I agree with you about not letting a musician or actors political stance does not keep me from listening to their music or watching their movies. Ted Nugents rants in concert keep me from going to his shows but I'll listen to his music & I'm more in step with his political beliefs but not so extreme. For the lyrics I went with Heaven And Hell-Black Sabbath. "The World's full of Kings and Queens who blind your eyes and steal your dreams. It's Heaven And Hell" Heaven And Hell-Black Sabbath is my favorite album of the 80s Favorite album with 3 singles on it-Are You Experienced-The Jimi Hendrix Experience. Purple Haze, Foxey Lady, Hey Joe are the 3 singles.
I love it! An average band that had a few good songs. Go against the grain, man! Cool to hear you talk about Pantera and Testament along with Seal. That was an interesting answer for the weed question. Very nice! And excellent logic on the political question!
New to your channel and just subbed! Love your choices and your explanations in this tag. I agree with you on #13. Great response. The Sundays are one of my favorite bands!! Showed them on my vinyl tag as well. Great Video and look forward to watching more your content. Happy New Year!
Thanks so much my friend! Appreciate you taking the time to check this out. Yeah, The Sundays are amazing. I just so wish we could have gotten 2 or 3 more albums from them. They were still young and strong.
Oh hell yeah kicking off with that OG Stooges. Nice. I need to get a copy of Funhouse again even a reissue. Great record. Seal is a nice pick. I saw him live at a festival once he still has it. Madonna is kind of cracked out after all those face lifts.. she looks very strange these days. Love her music still esp. the early years. And Music was a great dancefloor track too. Id go more Jeff Beck or Page than Clapton.. for Yardbird guitar faves. Oh man I just got a copy of VOA - I cant get tired of Sammy either. Guy just rocks! Good Tag response - Cheers man
Great video! Stooges, white label promo is killer! Ike & Tina, nice. Dimebag R.I.P. I went with the Stones as well 🙂Rebel Yell rules! Van Halen! VOA, great choice, one of his best! Love the channels you gave a shout out to and subscribe to all. This was my first VC yearly Tag. I had a blast with it. Cheers and Happy New Year
I like the Beatles way more than you do, but I find this question absurd. The Stones destroy them. Not even close. Even if i smoked, which i do not...i wouldn't pick up a bag of the street.
I have Blue Ball mic sitting just below the screenshot. Playback on my end is pretty normal so I'm not sure what you're experiencing. Sorry about that. Happy New Year my friend \m/
