And if someone were to falsely accuse someone, that person accused could take it to court, and the accuser could be asked if that person in fact did what they said, and then they would have to say no. Clearly crimes would still happen but the Courts would essentially be perfect and then no one would have to worry about unfair trials, so maybe not stop but certainly he creates a way to perfect justice

I'd murder someone. I'd much rather end all murder forever, then end lying in court.
think about it, honesty in court does NOTHING to stop crimes. it will only increase the conviction rates. a murderer will still kill. a rapist will still rape. a drug dealer will still sell drugs. but imagine ALL murder ending forever. it would literally change the world.
I would love to also end all rape, child molesting, spousal abuse, child abuse etc.... but there's NO WAY I could bring myself to do those things.

Dying can actually be a relief depending on the situation. It's not like people would stop shooting each other either. A bullet to the face, there goes your eyeball ....
By stopping perjury people would think a thousand times before committing any crime. Also if people couldn't lie anymore in court, laws would change to take advantage of that.
