I was born in 1978, but I love this music. It reminds me of the good days going shopping with my family. And spending time with my grandmother. I play this at my job at a daycare it eases my stress.
I cannot thank you enough for your hard work and the time it takes to curate and upload this music. As someone who struggles with anxiety and pain, your Seeburg collections have become a staple for me. I appreciate all of it more than you know.
This hits the spot for me. I occasionally like to listen to this type of music for nestalgia, ease of stress, nerdism of music, the fact I just honestly love background easy listening music. I play it at work, while others are cranking out screamo metal and gangster rap, I play it on my bike rides on my Bluetooth speaker, the looks from people are priceless, but I don't care, I am just being myself without shame!😉
There were so many radio stations when I was young that played this type of music. It was under the Beautiful music format. It brings me back to days spent at grandma's house. She would play this type music all day. It gets me inside because it takes me back to being so little and grandma watching me . A sort of innocence at that time period.
As a player of 78 rpm discs I recognize the beautiful KLH unit with the wonderful Pickering cartridge. Mono/Stereo switch n' everything. The music has a timeless perfection that is haunting in this day of imperfections. Best, mark.
I was 12 in 1968 and remember a radio always being on at mine and my grandparents house. This is wonderfully soothing. You took a lot of time to do this. Thankyou from a retiree in Cape Coral Florida. Where Hurricane Ian hit!
How fun to hear a familiar melody from the sitcom It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. That show made a great choice in using retro tunes for their theme tune and scene connectors, etc. Glad you will be still sharing music on your channel.
I wanted to add my 2-cents of how much I appreciate the time and attention you have taken with these videos. I know I have commented before, but... compliments are worth repeating 🙂

1:32 That is so "Feelin' Groovy" By Simon & Garfunkel, 😍AWWWWW. Also, I dig the vintage sound system. I remember similar set ups in my childhood especially record changers my parents & grandparents had. I myself owned 1 in my childhood. Ahhhhhh, when records were King, & I owned many starting from childhood. I rebuilt a new vinyl arsenal last decade before the Covid-19 Pandemic... BIGGEST EVER😏.
Thank you for naming the opening track. It was driving me crazy, 'cause like any 70s kid I recognized the melody instantly. But I cant remember any of the words 😊 Positively priceless 💎
Thank you for putting this up. I listen to these collections of yours...especially the Seeburg elevator series, very often. I love this music so much. It truly makes a person happy and allows one to think or read at the same time.
This music is cheerful optimism. It reminds me of when I was young and had hopes for a bright future. Now, we deal with the consequences of electing weak leaders...but, back then, we were confident and content. This is really a good time warp! Thank you!

I just got an idea 🤔 wouldn't it be cool if a bunch of musicians got together and made some new muzak from older songs and that muzak was advertised and stores, restaurants, coffee shops would start playing it again. I'm actually going to talk to someone about this even if they just play this old muzak. Anyway thanks for doing this I'm going to be playing it more often on my phone out loud when I go places or just for walks I know I'm going to get a bunch of compliments. 😁

I mean no disrespect from those who suffer from depression and anxiety, but I want to share the experience I have when I listen to this music. It helps brighten my mood 😊I guess that’s what it was composed for. To put shoppers in a relaxed and positive state on mind. I say well done to the musicians who composed these pieces. ❤

Thank for all the wonderful uploads of this channel. I’ve shared them and have a few personal favorites. It has been invaluable for study of the 60’s and 70’s pop canon songs and guides my own work as a musician. 🎉
I loved the music from the Sims build and buy modes and listening over and over eventually got RUclips to recommend your channel to me. I love this! Thanks for your hard work
And by the way it took me a minute, but I recognized that song as Feelin' Groovy ( 59th Street Bridge Song ) by Harpers Bizarre released in April 1967. I was 5 & 1/2 years old. This was around the time that my parents and I found out my brother had osteogenic sarcoma cancer. He lived 2 more years and passed in 1969.
Woooooh yeah. I like it! Born in '68 too.... Some of this music reminds me of the background music they used for the animated segments in the first year of Sesame Street. Any thoughts? 🤓
Blast from the past. 🥰 That record changer, stereo systems, the ''spit-out'' camera, 8-tracks. That there 16 speed record is a great find. You scored when you got ahold of that.
Being born in 66, this is an amazing blast of the music I grew up with. It's funny, but I can almost remember some of these exact arrangements. I'm not sure if you know that even your pet cockroach got some screen time. 😂
2:27:37 - Holiday for Strings Note: This same version appears on a Basic record from the 1970s and on the Now Sounds album from 1969 (albeit in stereo), while similar versions appear on Basic 9-A from 10-1-1959, Basic 8A and Industrial 8A from 7-1-1961 as well as N6A from 12-26-1964.

True for so many of us. Very much appreciated.
The combination of fursonas with this mid-century music creates such an interesting anachronism.
