1:40 I got CHILLZ at what Uli says about Mcbeth. If your on lead card and you hear Crowd noises from the card in front of you, it’s gonna make you nervous. That’s the McBeast factor
They definitely need to start moving the galleries further away from landing zones and OB lines lol every single tournament has discs flying into the gallery.
I almost didn't watch this because I watched the end of the final round live. I'm so glad I changed my mind because those commentator interviews about the players were clutch. Jomez will forever be at the top
I love your coverage Jomez, one piece of feedback: as a hearing challenged person I would love it if the audio levels on the commentary could be normalized. I think it's just distance from the mic varying between Jerm, Bari, and Nate but it can be a real challenge to hear them when it's constantly changing from quiet to loud. Thanks for all the amazing work; just like many others I would rather watch your coverage than anything else!

Matty O’s dad ran the Sky South Disc Golf Association, I remember 10 years ago watching Matty O and Cameron Colglazier warming up before a tournament, draining practice putt after putt at the circles edge’s like they were 5ft. away.

Just have to share that I got my 2nd ace today after 7-8 years of playing. 300 feet slightly uphill with a Hades on a perfect hyzerflip. Damn that felt good after countless metal hits and spitouts :D

My daughter and I got to the course late and weren't sure where the lead card was on course. We thought we were getting close but found out we were looking in the wrong direction when we heard the massive roar from the bridge after Gannon's throw-in. It was a fun way to find what we were looking for
You know if Paul McBeth, Eagle McMahon, and Paige Pierce can get a documentary, to be honest I think Matty O deserves a documentary made about his life in Disc Golf. One of the most beloved players.
The gallery has been in the way for several tournaments this year. If they have to dodge 3 out of 4 drives they need to be somewhere else. Definitely don't envy the job of placing the gallery. I'm sure it's very difficult to balance the needs of the players vs the wants of the spectators.

I guess my personal feeling is no spectator should ever be in line with the basket or the landing zone of a drive. I've seen multiple instances of players stopping mid run up because a car drove across their field of view or directly behind the basket. I have a hard time understanding how a large group of spectators wouldn't be just as if not more distracting than a vehicle. I'd much rather hit a car than a person. Not to mention the distraction of the motion from folks fidgeting around. But that's just my thinking.
Graphics people at jomez... I see that meter distance changes color and disappears. The graphics portion of these videos is a huge reason why you all are the best.

But no, a spectator decided that long of the basket, left, was a good place to sit. Why? I'll never understand it. Always brings me back to when Big Jerm hit that water bottle years back which ruined his playoff. Need new rules for spectators, IMHO
Thank you for switching the camera-position on hole 4. It always looked confusing, because there is this huge gap right of the mando and everybody seems to throw somewhere into a bunch of trees. It never looked good on camera. With the new angle the right of the mando is hidden behind the tree at the tee and although seeing the thrower only from the back the fairway is mich clearer.
A question I ask every single tournament: WHY IS THE GALLERY SO CLOSE DURING A SPORT WHERE THE FLIGHT PATH/GROUND PLAY OF THE DISC IS SO UNPREDICTABLE? That can have a massive effect on the outcome
just before 36, Gannon tee shot, reminds me of one and only gallery faux pas... was well run and great communication by all those on course directing traffic... you know, stay the heck back and be quiet et al... Zack Melton makes this epic recovery shot to park one and I was so shocked/impressed a "no way, so good" blurted out... thankfully it was after the shot and Zack just looks back at me and says "thanks"... in spite of him being cool i felt like an idiot for breaking the barrier that must be between fans and players... ah, but to be that close and then to touch the disc!!!
On the overview of the holes can y'all highlight Mando's when available? I'm curious about forehand shots that are different approaches to the normal routes.
Im not saying its a bad thing necessarily but its definitely not easy to forget how old Buhr is, because its mentioned every time he's on the screen lol but hes on the screen a lot because hes amazingly good!
