Jyn Erso spent much of her childhood in Padmé Amidala’s apartment complex on Coruscant. She was 2 years old at the time of Revenge of the Sith. She was 12 at the time of Obi-Wan Kenobi series. She was 16 at the time of Andor series.
She's one of my favorite Star Wars characters. So cute and badass. She made the Battle Of Scarrif happen, and changed the galaxy for the better along with every other brave man and woman in that battle, and those that followed.
But it would have been impossible without Jyn.
She made a much better protagonist than Rey. Actually had some depth.
Ngl rougue one is the best Star Wars movie in my opinion

After Orson Krennic, the director of the Death Star project, enslaved her dad and killed her mom, Jyn Erso was rescued and raised by Clone Wars veteran Saw Gerrera and became one of his Partisans. Maia referred to her as Jyn Gerrera.

If not for Galen Erso and his daughter Jyn, the Battle of Yavin would not have happened. Cassian Andor had a role in this.
