One thing you won’t hear is that Dan did all the filming and editing for the channel while using his filming equipment. With that being said Dan should have been giving half the channel revenue at least. I don’t know the whole story behind it like who actually owns the channel or if there really was or wasn’t any compensation all I do know is that I wish they could wash it all under the bridge and hug it out because they were a dynamic duo and made great content together!

It's hard to imagine that it was all over greed of the account. There seemed to be way much more value in the friendship and other ventures going on with AMP and everything. Maybe in Dan's point of view it was more of a slap in the face to be selling off the account and tempers flared and it took things too far. Glad to see him acknowledge the DIWD fallout and give answers. So both Justin and Dan never really cared about WrapLife until there was something substantial to be gained from it. Going off of what I've seen from the two over the years of videos they've done together, Justin always came off as if he was letting Dan basically run WrapLife and do all the content creation on top of creating content for his own channel. It sounds like Justin didn't care about the channel and had bigger fish to fry than to keep up with a RUclips channel until he was offered to trade it for something he needed. So Dan was doing all of the work for WrapLife and promoting ACW in exchange for free wrap jobs. I'm curious to know how many jobs ACW did as a result of Dan's promoting the company. This is the perfect example of why you never EVER do business with best friends unless every intention and terms are clearly distinguished and agreed upon. It's a real shame that Dan and Justin had a falling out because they were such an awesome duo.
