Welcome back! Was just checking your channel yesterday and wishing there was a new video. Your videos inspired me to get back into d&D after not playing since the early eighties. Have Dm'd my players through: Zenopus, Keep on the Borderlands, In Search of the Unknown, Isle of Dread, Against the Giants, the Underdark/Drow series D1-3, Isle of the Ape, and a bunch of my own stuff. Your advice on running these modules has been invaluable. Thank you and keep up the good work.
Found you years ago while on a nostalgia tour on the Barrier Peaks. I appreciate all you do, and understand that real life concerns can influence when and how new posts come down. Best of luck, however it goes.
Always enjoy your videos, really enjoyed this one. Been into RPGs my whole life but it wasn’t until today I learned Moloch was the statue on the cover of the PHB!
We play AD&D 1E in Greyhawk… Over the last year and a half, I’ve run a campaign (Hochoch is their hometown) starting with N1 to Tower of Zenopus to Beneath the Tower of Zenopus to mashup of Hommlet’s Moathouse/ A0- Danger at Darkshelf Quarry.. all of which I heavily retrofitted to accommodate three arcs: a criminal element is mining, refining and purifying remnants of a crashed comet (credit to Professor DM) in Oytwood into… drugs (addictive, saleable but under certain circumstances performance enhancing)… also the trafficking of kidnapped common folk for mining (men) and women for city work 👎🏻… AND controlling this are two “cooperating” evil factions of Sl&ve Lords.. one worshippers of Elder Elemental God, the other worshippers of Asmodeus (credit to Greyhawk Grognard) From A0: Paths for the future will lead to either retrofitting A1-A3 or retrofitting U2/3-A3… culminating in (retrofitting) Temple of Elemental Evil … or Something Something of Asmodeus handcrafted
Captain- no need to apologize. Love your content and saw you’d caught Ben Milton’s latest offering on the Philadelphia Expo Gaming Con. It’d be great to meet you in person one of these days.
Great story, my first time here. Hearing it told like this, in sort order, I couldn't help but feel there was a glaring loophole in your adventures. Why wouldn't the Emerald Enchanter know of the evil hidden under his island? A cool spin to the story could be that the Emerald Enchanter was once a kind and benevolent ruler. Once the zombies arise the PCs then learn that the Emerald Enchanter had become aware of the long-forgotten cemetery decades earlier and had breached the wards, not knowing what was hidden inside. Maybe the zombies had arisen once a generation ago and he dealt with it at the time, afterwards the people made him the ruler/protector of the island. Since then he'd been trying to contain the evil only to be corrupted by it. Perhaps the protection of the Knight's spirits was never enough to contain the evil from the dimensional rift and eventually it would fail. The Emerald Enchanter had been keeping the wards going, using souls from the people he abducted, 'better a few lives lost than a rift to hell open and thousands suffer' of course his viewpoint had been corrupted by that very evil. The Necromancer they fight at the end is none other than the Emerald Enchanter, reanimated from his phylactery and now seeking vengeance against the PCs he turns to aid Malik with the hope or promise of aid. With the evil of Malik defeated; now all that remains is to sanctify the temple and find the phylactery. The Emerald Enchanter could now be a reoccurring BBEG in your campaign; do they attempt to destroy him or save his soul?
The Emerald Enchanter was not aware of the Temple of Moloch because hundreds of years before he arrived the order of the Griffon sacrificed themselves to Horus so their spirits would be the guardians of the temple. The built their crypt atop it and then sealed it. Thus, until the necromancer who was a Moloch cultist who was able to discern the temple's location through study of various lost text opened the temple and began his ritual. Until that time the Temple was buried and unknow to most. The Emerald Enchanter really has zero interest in Moloch's temple, he was completely immersed in weird and bizarre experiments of his own. He was a crazy scientist, not a cultist.
It is so good to see you back captain. I would avoid the 5th edition stuff because that's me and I don't like walking nonsense and Hasbro has a very bad reputation. What if you do it I'll probably watch them. I just don't believe in supporting an evil company
Really 'just right'. The players LOVE it. The DB dice very flexible, really adjusting to the situation. While the core system doesn't give the players a lot of hit points, the DB dice can be use to reduce damage, so that's real subtle but effective. Along with the hyperborea spells and setting it works!
One of the few channels I will stop everything for.
Awww, shucks! thanks man! Hope you like this.
Wow, that diorama must have been a huge amount of work. Very cool
Looking forward to more content. Love the stories and accompanying dungeon pictures.
What amazes me is that for every scene of this scenario that wasn't a photo or artwork Captcorajus made a game model for it.

Some well deserved time away. Glad to have tou back!
Great video Cap! Your campaign sounds awesome.
That winged plague doctor mini was sick! Well done man.
Looking forward to the next one.
That turned out pretty good if I do say so myself. Really happy with that Mod, and the player loved it.
We missed you. Always great to hear your reviews.
Great story. I like the use of the miniatures to illustrate the story.
That's awesome your daughter is creating the art for your collab.
She went to college for it. I told here I'd split the SL revenue on the videos with her. :)
Glad you’re back and that dungeon looks awesome ⚔️🐉
Yeah, is it available anywhere?
Welcome back! The miniatures and scenery in your game are great.

Well, I gotta say, Anoxia, she just sounds amazing 😜
She is. Hilarious player.. pushing buttons and rushing headlong into danger. so much fun!
Yeahhhhh you're back!
Cool video
i'm looking forward to the adventure story chanel
A question. Since before your sun burned hot in space and before your race was born, I have awaited a question.
Lol, you got it! When I steal, I steal from the best!
@@captcorajus That is the key.
Nice video
MOLOCH: "Why is this druid so special?"
NECROMANCER: "Cuz she got the heavies!"
Is there a video detailing where you source your minis, tiles, etc
New video!❤

you might want to see my review than.
That dungeon model is spectacular and the story fun. Is there a past video which tells us what exactly the various party members are?
Yes, at the beginning. Abraxus is a Deathbringer, Anoxia is a plaguedoctor, Taboltus is a Necromancer and Adalide is a Druid.
Cool. I must have missed that as two of the four terms are unfamiliar to me.
where can I download the adventure Lost Temple of Moloch I know you have printed notes....
The notes I have are hand written scribbles. lol.. stay tuned.
Wish I could Get a Copy of Lich Lords
Where can I buy this adventure?
No where yet. Its an original creation. I'm certainly inspired to make it for DrivethruRPG after the positive response.
Are yu playing a hybrid of Hyperboria 3E and Deathbringer rules? How's that working out - to deadly or just right?
Really 'just right'. The players LOVE it. The DB dice very flexible, really adjusting to the situation. @@captcorajus nice, what level were the characters during this dungeon dive?
Isnoz Davros?
Iznod Davros. :)
great video but please stop using ai generated art
There's no AI generated art in this video dude
Who cares about Captain Marvel, we have the true CAP!!!
