The minus ( also known as ground) is controlled by the engine computer (also know as ECU), and it only sends minus when it wants the fan to be OFF. Whem no minus is applied , the fan is ON. I would do this: 1- check selenoid is good by measurimg its resistamce. If its not around 40 ohms , it means its bad and u need to replace it. 2- if selenoid is around 40 ohms turm the key on without cranking or starting the engine. Check if u get minus at selenoid. If u do not, then either the wire from the ECU to selenoid is bad or the ECU itself is bad. when u start the truck, the engine computer tests selenoid circuit, and if it sees open circuit it will stop supplying minus until turm trucl off and back on, when it will test again. So if you have a open circuit selenoid , you will never get minus from the computer , until you replace it with a good selenoid
That means the plus wire that goes to the solenoid is shorted somewhere before it gets to the selenoid... possibly insulation got rubed off and it touches the frame somewhere.
I have a problem, the minus does not reach the solenoid.. what controls to send the minus signal to the solenoid

@drevilatwork
thanks for the help, I solved the problem. the solenoid was bad. I put a new one in and now everything works
So wat was the issue fan clutch switches shorted internally?
Fue útil gracias
Hopefully. My Problem thx
I replace the fuse put a new selinoid and keep blowing
