  • Gregory S. Child is an assistant professor in the Department of Teacher Education. Child is passionate about language teaching and language teacher development. As a Spanish and English teacher, he found he was constantly seeking ways to better serve his students while ensuring each had equitable educational experiences. The desire to improve led him to graduate school and ultimately to where he is today.
    Most recently, he has been engaged with in-service teachers in developing their capacity to work with Emergent Bi/Multilingual Learners.
