  • Matcha Nama Choco is Green Tea Fudge-like Chocolate, made with chocolate and whipping cream (fresh cream), that melts in your mouth. Very addictive 😋
    Homemade one is flavorful 🍵✨
    I used this Matcha (Aiya's Sawa 茶和):
    amzn.to/2sNEeax
    ---------------------------------
    Matcha Nama Choco
    Difficulty: easy
    Time: 10min + over 1hr cooling time
    Number of servings: 8cm (3inch) square box
    Ingredients:
    80g(2.8oz.) chopped white chocolate
    2.5 tbsp. whipping cream
    2 tsp. Matcha green tea powder
    2 tsp. Matcha green tea powder for coating
    Directions:
    1. Put whipping cream in a small sauce pan. Heat until hot before it starts to boil.
    2. Sift in Matcha powder and mix well with a spatula. *do not use a whisk or the matcha crumbles
    3. Add chopped white chocolate, leave until they start to melt, then quickly mix well. *do not overmix or the chocolate starts to seize (split).
    4. Line the box with a parchment paper (or plastic wrap) and pour in the chocolate mixture. Smooth out the surface and put in the fridge until firm (over 1 hour).
    5. Cut into small square pieces, and dust with Matcha powder.

    Do you have to leave the heat on the entire time while making it?

    like i said in the video, it is easy to make if you double triple the amount because you can keep the temperature of the chocolate stable. but i know you want to make in smaller amount to save ingredients and calories~ so i made it in the possible small amount. 生チョコは温度がキーなので、チョコの量が多いほど温度が安定するので作りやすいです。量を減らせば減らすほど分離する確率が上がります。

    I really like seeing how much you’ve grown as both a creator and mommy over the years. I still remember your voice over the years and how much the clarity has improved to the point your kids are imitating marvelously. I hope you don’t stop soon because seeing them and hearing them in your videos make everything so much more real :)

      i think there are so many chances either of them can join my videos until they both go to school maybe? i take care of them by myself every day at home. my daughter goes to schools but they are just for her activities and not for my own time. since youtube is not my full time job, no one help me. haha but it is okay~ at least my viewers enjoy seeing/hearing them and i enjoy making videos

      ochikeron Do you live in Japan? In Canada kids go to preschool (3hours) or daycare (3months-5years) for working parents. Kids start elementary school at 5 or 6 depending on their birth day before September. Our elementary schools start at kindergarten (0 grade) to grade 7. In my city we have no middle school.

    • @ochikeron
      @ochikeron  3 года назад +1

      Whisk may cause the separation. Yes you can use it if you don't mix too hard. Low percentage of cacao butter is better for this recipe since Matcha is already bitter. I think mine does not contain cacao.

      This kind of packaging is available at Daiso (or at any 100yen shop) here especially during the Valentine's season.

    Printable data is on my BLOG. You can print it on a postcard to make a Recipe Card: createeathappy.blogspot.jp/2018/02/matcha-nama-choco-green-tea-fudge-like.html
    You can collect the recipe cards in a postcard album! OR, ask your mum or friends to cook for you. hehe

    Why exactly is it called nama chocolate?
    Nothing in it is raw.

    • @ochikeron
      @ochikeron  6 лет назад +2

      soft like nama (raw stuff) is the answer. soft chocolate using over 10% of cream is called nama-choco. says wiki 😅

    • @NanaLove011
      @NanaLove011 6 лет назад

      Carmen Sirgo Do you have that with every type of chocolate? Maybe it’s because of the milk? (I have a friend who gets pimples from consuming to much milk) Then try vegan chocolate maybe? And then search for similar recipes but with coconut oil or coconut milk as an substitute for the whipping cream?

    • @NanaLove011

      Atelier Ringo It doesnt happen with black chocolate or some expensive brans of chocolates. Maybe it is some fat they add to it because I drink milk every day and I don't have pimples :(

    • @ochikeron
      @ochikeron  6 лет назад +3

      milk and the fat i think. for me, if i consume too much milk it happens as well. cake sold at stores are ng for me as well...
