Still think these would be better if you used the endings of the songs and timed them to end sometime before either the end quotes or the system voice announcing the winner, to let them stand out from the music. Also tip - add a fade-in so the music cutting in isn't abrupt, and *_lower the music volume_* . It is so loud it overpowers the sfx and voice in the overall mix.
I specifically tried for Armor-Clad Faith but it's simply way too long, Necessary Discrepancy only has one point that actually links up well with the IK, and I will lower the volume and see if I can add a fade effect. It sounded fine in my video editor and I didn't know how unbelievably loud it would be on youtube. And I lowered the music to -5 decibals here.
@@darksquigglyboy I'd argue that the beginning and middle of the clip you use doesn't matter as much as the ending. It just sounds awkward when the song is abruptly cut off at the end of the IK animation. I'm interested in how these would be if you used the ending of the song and had it finish either right before the end quote or announcer to give it a lasting impact. The music volume itself is fine - I'm talking about how loud it is _in relation_ to the IK clip. You can go back and listen to the IK clip with music enabled to get a feel for how the balance should be and use your audio mixer for visual reference. Which editing software do you use? Most should have fade-in as a built-in plugin you can use pretty easily.
@@darksquigglyboy You can look up "Olive video editor audio fade-in" on RUclips for quick tutorials. Oh, and your fade-in only has to be a small fraction of a second long - just a few frames. This is to make it _feel_ like the song is at full volume the whole way through, while preventing the "pop" sound effect in speakers that comes from having an audio source that instantaneously goes from 0 to 100.
Great idea for a video series! I'd time the songs slightly differently but I don't have Xrd to record them haha, can't wait to see the rest! Can't wait to hear Baiken's Instant Kill

@@TonicSpirits I specifically use Olive, it's an open-source program. It might have a fade-out option but I am unsure.
