Another backup option for chest pieces is maxwell demon chest with stare Into the barrel or captain hunter ideally, and it will buy you the time you need. Overall though I like how you made the very often used and busted terminal velocity set bonus different.
As for improvements I would find a place for kingslayer, sharp eye, and anomaly echo as it's easy damage that snowballs like its no one's business. From there you can utilize the bulwark shotgun and it will do the job of causing bleed for you, Dark sacrifice or fortress as apocalypse ideally for the bulwark.
