So I kinda forgot to clarify it, but the intention here was to make this feel like Harkinian edited the video himself. I don't think anybody's going to think that this is me trying my hardest, but still I think that little detail of this being Hark's video probably wasn't at all obvious to anyone aside from me.

I was about to ask why the sleigh looked screwed up in some parts, but now knowing the reason this makes the video even better.

Well, Ai generated voices is nothing, compared to my device, the voice and sound transfer (VAST for short), that allows you to speak exactly like that character from any source of entertainment or any recording in human history, and you can make it speak however you like, in any tone, language, or voice. And that device is a hardware accessory you hook up vis USB, Quarter Inch, 3.5mm, RCA, or XLR into the computer via firewire (USB B to USB A).
Or, it's a software program that converts your speaking into the same voice as that character from the recording that you made a while ago.
Say for example you record 20 seconds of bart and homer speaking. Now, the program offers you a way to separate the vocals from the instrumentals and sound effects. Thus, you get a clean acapella. Now, taking that acapella say, bart spoke for 10 seconds or so, or even 5 seconds of that recording, converted to being an acapella (which means you separate the vocals from the master tracks) and then you speak into the microphone, and that character you selected in the software program (That I would've had someone develop it for me, I'm not a programmer by the way), and from there, every time that you speak into the microphone, you would sound like bart. Now for the homer one, pretty much the same thing, you record the voice (the master track), then you use a software program to separate the speaking from the instrumental track (same thing when making mashups in Djaying), then you insert the acapella into say a new preset on the software program, fill in the information needed about the character, how it sounds, which show or entertainment piece it came from, which audio recording or where it came from, etc. and then once you do that, now, you set the preset to homer simpson or bart simpson, and now, when you do a test recording of you speaking, say "I had a great day at work, but the people there weren't happy to work grueling amount of hours per week." Once you finish that test recording, now the software converts it to the recording or acapella that you make it sound, thus takes the tone, sound, and speech of that character, and thus, you are now able to speak exactly the same sound and voice as that character in the show.
I know this is a VERY, VERY long paragraph, but it gives you an idea of what kind of software or hardware device I wanted to make back in January 2012, nearly a decade before Aiuberduck and all of these AI programs came to be in the 2020s. So I thought about this back in the early 2010s when we were dealing with SOPA and PIPA from congress to control the internet.
TD;LR: The device or software program doesn't exist, but it's a way to voice act exactly like the character from say a CD-I game or a TV show/Movie character, without having to hire voice actors in the first place. Although it is just an idea I had back in 2012 when AI programs didn't really exist or when companies introduce voice commanding programs.
