I started many business for friends and with almost no much investment ...like A2 MILK SUPPLY in city. Started with 4 lit per day supply now 300lit per days in 3 years . Agriculture pesticides shop with rental property and stock from friends on debit in 2009 its successfully running. I believe in idea first...plan it well excute with small and from profit exrend it . No pressure from investor. I seen that once investors comes they pressurize for profit and motive of start up ends as other than solving problems for which it started get lost . Need your views

It was a logistics network for b2b and b2c services. a delivery application with multiple services to offer we had changed the delivery algorithm and added an additional things which hasn't been done till now and the features would work on AI. Problem: Unavailablity of Resource materials/old question papers in the colleges Solution: Sourcing old question papers/resource material from the Senior lot in a college and providing it to the junior lot. Example: A 3rd year student from college 'x' can upload their question paper from 2nd year to earn some reward points and a 2nd year student can use some part of their reward points to get access to the same question paper/resource material. The number of times a question paper is opened, a specified amount of royalty in terms of reward points goes to the one who has uploaded the paper/resource material.

Bro I run an startup on my own without a team. I give each and every possible technical support to businesses. There are many more businesses who done the same but the way I am doing this is completely different. This is why about 10X cost is reduced. We will discuss my full business strategy. I wish I would be selected.

For example today, in India, is a local tea stall owner want to go online and increase it's sales, it can't. Why? Because they lack in knowledge and they also cannot afford expensive solutions. But we take care of all this technical stuff at a very reduced cost. Now, even a small tea-stall can increase it's revenue by going online. Not only this, we are trying to solve daily life problems with the help of technology. And trying to make these ways more and more affordable so that more and more people can use them. This is what I can explain here.

Me and my friend created a proper business model and a working plan after months of research but unfortunately my friend's family was completely against it and we weren't able to contact investors because we didn't know how and because we didn't had money so we had to put an end to it.
It was a logistics network for b2b and b2c services. a delivery application with multiple services to offer
we had changed the delivery algorithm and added an additional things which hasn't been done till now and the features would work on AI.
Through it we would not only reduce the time taken for the delivery but also reduce the price for the delivery.

Problem: Unavailablity of Resource materials/old question papers in the colleges
Solution: Sourcing old question papers/resource material from the Senior lot in a college and providing it to the junior lot.
Example: A 3rd year student from college 'x' can upload their question paper from 2nd year to earn some reward points and a 2nd year student can use some part of their reward points to get access to the same question paper/resource material. The number of times a question paper is opened, a specified amount of royalty in terms of reward points goes to the one who has uploaded the paper/resource material.
