    Good video. My only edit would be around nutrition. It is extremely rare for someone who is eating enough calories to be protein deficient. Plus using the clip of someone tucking into a steak implies when talking about protein implies this is the best source, when plant based souces will give you all the protein you need and benefit recovery.

    Sir, i have back pain, mri shows mild disc bulge l4 l5 & l5 s1 & lumbarization of s1 vertebral body, can i do this? Sir, I'm merchant Navy student, I'm selected I'm waiting for joining , next end month joining😢 I'm just 25 yrs old, my doctor told me , go ahead, do exercises daily, I have little bit fear 😞
