Helpful tips: On Saturdays most of these stores are open to the public anyone, with or without a permit, can purchase. Can buy single items (no packs). Lots of the stores end up with broken packs and just want to sell whatever's left. Also if you are paying with cash the vendors will sometimes lower the cost.
No they’re not. This is the WHOLESALE fashion district not the LA fashion district. It’s a ghost town on saturdays. The LA fashion district is open but most of it is NOT wholesale prices. They’ll say “half off” but it’s still not the same prices as buying wholesale. You will not get products at the same price and most of them do require a permit to buy wholesale, absolutely. Start your business off right, done try to cut corners. It could get you in level trouble or with the IRS. Just don’t. The real fashion district is on Crocker and San Pedro streets. Their May be a few stores open on Saturday but for the most part your gonna waste your time, money and gas going on a Saturday. Take your time with your business don’t rush and take your time finding quality authentic vendors. And it’s pretty much free and easy to get a permit, their is really no excuse. You’ll have to worry about taxes but it’s worth it if Your wanting to start a legit business off Right
i know im asking the wrong place but does someone know of a trick to log back into an instagram account..? I somehow lost my account password. I would appreciate any tricks you can offer me!
So refreshing that your making a video like this ... I had “ friends” who would be so secretive about this stuff as if they’re the damn designer or something 😂
You are heaven sent 🥺 I was just about to talk myself out of starting my clothing store for the 50milllionth time after crying literally LAST NIGHT just from the stress of trying to figure everything out with no help. Thank you so so much for this!! 🤍
All of these companies have websites. You can look up wholesalers in the fashion district (Los Angeles) and it gives you tons of companies. Most will ask for a sellars permit. I worked for a wholesaler. Hope this helps

I wish you all the success in this new year. You are so thoughtful with sharing how you accomplished all of this, and I just know that your positivity is going to come right back at ya. 😊
@@yoloninja8440 that's very rude and disrespectful. Some people are naturally bigger. And being plus size does not mean that you are unhealthy. When you lift weights and you naturally are wider most of the time a girl will have to look for "plus size"! Don't comment on other people when you do not understand human body.
@@aPawsitiveVibes Yeah that's very interesting coming from someone who defended an obese fart, according to your comment you stated ''Some people are naturally bigger'' this statement has no merit and is completely irrelevant merit look the simple fact is that very few women are genetically gifted in having a perfect physique and this women clearly carries way more excessive bodyfat than scientifically normal. Why should companies be obligated to offer plus size and risk going out of out business by having ridiculously low margins just because fat sally down the street is wining and complaining about clothes not fitting her.I highly doubt many men would find this women attractive most men are attracted to girls that look like wonder woman or Jennifer lopez in terms of of physique.
I just want to say that you are great on how you are providing the information needed to start and build in this type of business. I personally have been discouraged but you have definitely given me the inspiration to move forward so thank you.

I love her motivation and how well she explains things. But the reason these clothes are so cheap is because they are made by people in China and India who make close to nothing and are harmed by all the synthetic chemicals/materials and chemicals/dyes are also dumped into our water. Two questions I live on the east coast, have you had any experience with wholesale clothing in NYC? Also, you mentioned many of these don't offer plus-sizes what about tall lengths? are wholesalers open to special order or is it kinda just what we have is what you can get?
Very good and valuable information for working in wholesale and resell. Amazing work girl 💪 xoxo❤️💫 I love that your channel teaches gals and guys to be beautiful and smart!!!! The beauty is in the actual life we create dolls! Loved this God Bless You girl your doing a great thing!
Hi, thanks for sharing this with your audience. This comment is coming from a good place, no hate. I found those wholesale prices too high. You could negotiate the prices.
Super helpful video! Two questions, how can someone from the east coast find vendors/wholesale.. I tried looking for wholesale but all of the best styles and quality products are in the west coast. Also, if I do make a purchase from LA vendor but I’m from Florida.. then how can I purchase from vendor with a resale certificate so that I don’t get charge taxes for products.
Love your videos!! My dream is to create my own heel/ shoe brand for women who wear wide width shoes... I have that problem and I have such a hard time every time I go shopping for heels or sandals. It’s really frustrating not being able to fit into cute shoes. I just hope to find a manufacturer who is willing to work with me and create cute shoes for women who are in the same situation as me and just create a bigger market and competition for us who struggle with the problem!
Girl are there any street wear vendors there? My style is tomboy but I have taken so many valuable notes for these videos...just kind of wondering if my style is even available 😭😥
KayyDeanne you have to shop around first and find certain pieces to bring together . I personally don’t see things that fit my style but I can definitely put my style together there if that makes sense ?
Lucy Huerta totally agree. I was planning to get creative and mix and match vendors, until I can find a designer. But yeah I kind of hoped there would be a dedicated section for dope oversized ishh/hoodies/bombers/etc. 😥😂
I personally don’t think I would wear these pieces but I can see how people going for the “Instagram baddie” look would. If anything, you could start a store selling things you wouldn’t wear but you do know other people would, stack your money and then maybe get a designer to design the real clothes you want to be selling.
Carmen Peguero that’s another strategy I’ve considered. Thanks so much for the tip. I know it won’t be easy but I’m excited for the process you know?😁🙌🏾
KayyDeanne this is my biggest thing too. I’m looking for more street style looks. I have to mix and match vendors for a look. But once you find a vendor that has a few things you love, I like to stick with them. Also if you have the power to go in person, I would. Just to test quality and it’s honestly less expensive to buy in store with them because remember they have to pay fees to FashionGo, so their prices are slightly more expensive online to cover that cost.
Your videos have been super helpful, thanks for always sharing this great tips and info. I have received my first inventory and working on website now. God bless your hustle girl 🥰

@Brooke juluke you can go online and search up the vender name and it will direct you straight to the wholesale website
Also go to FashionGo.com and they are a website full of almost all the downtown LA manufacturers and vendors in one place
