Great video! I've always used Swords + Tractor Cannon on Crota, but next time I will try it without the Tractor Cannon and see how it goes. Might be better to run TC with LFGs and without if I have a vetted team.
@@Zed-1213throne cleaver pyro gale is sooooo good, do most of the damage towards healthgate, pop pyros so that damage will help push to final stand, jump down kill a thrall to reproc duelist's while hes immune, then murder. Easy 7+ million damage
@@No_Context_Thoughts We're talking about Ir Yût, not Crota. Throne Cleaver is good, but when Bequest exists, nothing can compete. I use Strand Titan and Lumina to buff my teammates' subpar damage so they don't feel as bad when they see the damage numbers.
If you have a titan, and they are willing to do oversoul, they can stun Crota by using Burning Maul (just the regular super, the heavy slams can stun bosses). It's a big loss in damage for the titan, but makes the fight much easier for others, since Crota won't be moving around as much. This makes well positioning much easier, but you only really need well for survivability, as radiant provides an identical buff. P.s. The debuff from tractor will, of course, run out in the meantime (this is assuming oversoul also runs tractor cannon), so having another source of debuff is recommended. In any case, it's an easy and clean 2 phase with any semi-competent group, and doesn't require 4 wells per phase since crota won't be destroying them as easily. Have fun, and may luck be forever in you favor.
For crota, Im always a fan of running rain of fire with 4th horseman with the sword. Dash to reload shotgun whenever you can, and just unload 4th horseman on top of bequest damage. Lumina is probably comparable or something, and it’s overkill with a good team, but god dang it, I like it.
Sort of, pyrogale is only grounded and loses damage the further it travels (the tornados spread) so to me it’s a “true” ranged super like gathering storm, nighthawk, tether or thundercrash

For titans, Throne Cleaver w/ Duelist Trance + Surrounded can put in some really good work. Just remember to get 1 kill with the sword and keep it out before you got do DPS, and do heavy + 2 lights on repeat. the only issue may be heavy ammo, but if you or your team is generating enough near where you're going to do DPS, you'll be set.
If anyone is confused about how in the hell he did the one sword, just get lumina and tractor in the sworder than go Heavy-Super Heavy Heavy. Heavy and super must be performed in a well skate like fashion in terms of speed
Speaking of, did you know that the spark of feedback also buffs your next sword hit, too? Meaning, you should make sure to slam the next hit after Crota hits you.
It's not really a cheese, just a ton of damage multipliers stacking. In my opinion, every build should have potential to be as good as grapple melee in one way or another, not necessarily damage.
for Crota, use a BoW titan with tractor, shotty swaps with melee and super dmg with synthoceps, makes it a MUCH more forgiving one phase

You can use pryogale if you are a Titan but only if she stays still.
I use this and 90% of the time she's on the ground, and I easily surpass my teammates in damage, hunters be damned lol

Small AOE, but because other people are using it and doing the same thing I just do one to reproc it for myself

A better strategy for Crota is to have the entire team sit in one of the towers. Crota will walk over to the bridge himself.

The titan class sword with duelists trance and surrounded is also very good for crota. It has higher dps than bequest, just misses out on ammo economy
Can confirm, the heavy slams deal a TON of damage. Make sure to bring your airport runway lookalike, so you don't run out of ammo.

Yes, but it stays up until you stow it. So you can use it as long as you’re not breaking the shield
