Gregg Gruehl, co-founder of Gruehl Capital Management Partners, has a rich professional background in the industrial real estate sector. Before co-founding GCMP he played significant roles at STAG Industrial and Link Logistics. At STAG Industrial, he sourced and underwrote acquisition opportunities across the Midwest and the Mid-Atlantic regions. Prior to this, at Link Logistics, Blackstone's industrial holding company, he served as an asset manager overseeing leasing and property operations for their assets in Northern California.
